Go there with a lady friend quite often. Mature crowd. Different than Young Ave Deli. Never smell cigarette smoke on patio, which is a big plus. Just a nice place to relax and enjoy a cold beer. Could add a few more beers to the selection, but all good.

One of my favorite places to get a beer in Memphis.
The staff was very dry, unengaging, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. We stayed awhile to observe how they interacted with patrons who have less melanated skin, and our suspicions were confirmed. I came to this site to see if there are others who have had similar experiences and saw that someone actually called the staff racist. I do not know if they are racist, but I do know that this African American woman and her African American friend did not feel welcome at this establishment.
