This restaurant is very unprofessional. Not the chain but this specific restaurant!! They consistently under deliver on food!! The food had not be top tier the past times it has been ordered for me and my significant other!! They also have anothet problem with completing orders through uber!! The last straw was accepting my order then 15 minutes later cancelling. I would at least appreciate a call & reason as why it has happened. Overall I recommend the other restaurants but not in this location!!

Very few people in the restaurant when we went, but it seems like they are in the process of rebranding. It was very warm in the restaurant and the service was pretty lacking considering we were basically the only people there. We did have an issue with one of our meals, which was not something we could eat, but they did take it off of our bill. The staff was polite, just inattentive.

I remember dining here (and ordering food from here as well) several times before I had my daughter and before I was diagnosed with cancer.. The food and drinks were always really good!!!! Whenever I dined in, I always enjoyed myself.. I haven’t visited this location in roughly 3 years prior to today so I was shocked that the side I was use to was closed.. It made me wonder what happened because the space is smaller now but I really enjoyed my experience today!!!! Today is the Friday before Cinco De Mayo and they had a cool band playing!!! And I have to mention that their service was awesome!!!!

Ordered from the vegeterian option and have a picture of the food but for the sake of keeping the dignity of the restaurant ive decided not to post it here for. Ive never seen a sadder burrito in my life. I even asked the waitress if the owner was white or something because im not sure how someone with mexican heritage would have the ability to sell something like that without shame. I didnt think I would ever be offended by a plate of food but I actually felt insulted to be given that and told thats actually a burrito. I dont want to be too hard on the restaurant as im not from tennesse so I can give the benefit of the doubt that maybe just all restaurants in memphis suck since the entire city was devoid of any joy or vibrancy maybe this was the best food in the entire city for all I know. I pray to god for anyone that lives in that place. Service was ok

My food packages were not even slightly closed. Hardly an attempt to maintain quality. Taste of salsa and chips was amazing minus the whole pepper I found taking up a lot of space in the container. Spinach dip was extremely bland, and poured all over the place. Fajitas were good but the wraps were all wet from the dip and fajitas poured in the bag. It would have been great had someone cared about quality. $60 for a double fajita and Spinach dip is HIGH.
