Do not go here, they are always out of everything. They will also pull you up and forget about you. They closed the other location. They should close this one too.

Jermicha demonstrated exceptional courtesy this morning when responding through the speaker, displaying no hint of attitude or impatience, and even greeting me warmly with a smile at the window, providing a level of service reminiscent of pre-pandemic standards.

Bad customer service. No one in line still had to pull up and wait on fries. Lemonade watery down.
Needed a quick bite and so glad I stopped. The Bacon Super Biscuit was amazing and the biscuit and gravy was perfectly seasoned. I had forgotten how good Hardee's was and will be back.

Very Clean slow service I went in to get order and was very confused took me 15 to get m to meal from coming in from drive thru 4 sandwiches

Horrible experience. Ordered the food. Finally make it to the window after 20 minutes. The guy at the window never spoke a word. Never told me my total and didn't get a receipt. Ordered a #3, chicken biscuit and sausage biscuit. The chicken biscuit was literally black. Burned beyond recognition. The "sausage" biscuit had nothing be two small pieces of egg and no sausage. Between the horrible customer service and gross food, we won't be back. I wouldn't waste your time on this place. Much better options in the same area.

Jermicha Wallace the general manager was busy with a 1000 things, but had time to stop and talk to me. I wish every restaurant had personnel that would do this. She had a lovely personality and pretty smile. That's the kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE that every Hardee's should have. She should be promoted to teaching customer service to the Food Service Industry. IF YOU GO TO ANY OTHER HARDEE'S AND RECEIVE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. REPORT THEM TO JERMICHA WALLACE. SHE'LL FIX IT FOR YOU. I witnessed her giving compensating the customer in front of me, because he had to wait for his food to cook
