Service at this place is horrible. They never have your food ready on time. When you get it, the order is wrong. Don’t even think about trying to order with UberEats. It never works from this place. Wish it was better.

Well after being in Memphis for 34 years now, I've always seem to forget that they were here, but now that I have finally tried them....I have to say that it was Great and reminded me of Home/The Chi, even though it's been a long time since I had had Harold's chicken; They now will be my chicken go to place!! I was very impressed with the flavor and the size of the wings. They were cooked through and through and the right kind of crispy... my wife and I both enjoyed it!!!

Breast was not done. Skin was really good. Fries must of been old. My second visit. 1st time was good. Won't get a Breast again I guess. Ill.ask for fresh fries. ??‍♀️

I had a fantastic experience at Herold's Restaurant, thanks to the exceptional service from a young lady with dreadlocks. She was incredibly kind, sweet, and attentive, making our visit truly memorable. We need more people like her in the service industry. Highly recommend this place!

Very UNPROFESSIONAL , called and ordered a FISH PLATE , FISH sandwich and a PHILLY CHEESE STEAK . Fish sandwich bread was VERY HARD barley could bite the sandwich PHILLY CHEESE STEAK BARELY HAD SOME meat on it , keep in MIND the ORDER was $30 , called the restaurant back not even 20mins later the LITTLE GIRL who is taking the order has no professionalism about herself VERY GHETTO . I wouldnt give the place NO STARS at ALL , please think twice about ordering here , First time i ORDERED here i had HAIR in My Coleslaw , if you ask me place should be SHUT TF down. Just pure nasty and UNPROFESSIONAL. Even if you living in the WHITEHAVEN area I DO NOT RECOMMEND.. its plenty more places that sale fish and ETC thats WAYYY BETTER . TRUST ME !

I called in an order and was quoted 15 minutes. I ordered 2 wing dinners and a chicken tender meal. When I arrived they forgot to make my tenders meal and I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I received my meal the wings were so little!! Not to mention cold because they were just sitting there while I waited on my tenders. I was not impressed by the taste either. I've had them before but it was years ago and it did not remind me of those time.

I gave the food 2 star it's ok nothing to brag about but the service is horrible and with an nasty attitude JJ is better service and food...... Try them on Elvis Presley you want be disappointed......
