I absolutely love this place. Best regular/jalapeño pimento cheese & they used to have the very best fruit (ambrosia salad) that I miss so much. I drive all the way to Memphis at the poplar location just for these 3 items. I'm thinking about trying a few things here for Thanksgiving.

The server taking our order couldn’t follow what we were ordering. He repeatedly had to ask us what we wanted. Then it took 15 minutes to bring our order and we were the only customers there. When the employee brought our order, mine was wrong. I said that I didn’t order lettuce and tomato but I could take it off myself. She didn’t respond. Just walked away.

I absolutely love this place. I’m in here at least three times a week. The customer service is amazing. My favorite person is Delorlanne. He always go the extra mile to make sure that my dining experience is all stars. If you happen try it you are missing out!!!

My twice a week lunch stop!Edit: I’ve been coming to this location for years, usually twice a week for lunch and I’ve always loved the pleasant staff, delicious chicken salad and salads. Several months ago this girl started working the register and became more and more unpleasant every time I saw her. I went above and beyond to be extremely polite thinking maybe she just had a bad day and tried to bring a little joy into her day. She met all of my niceness with absolute rudeness.About a month ago I’d had enough and decided to go to another location, even though it is extremely convenient. I went back today because I’m short on time and there she was again at the register. Again I tried to be pleasant even though I had just heard her be extremely rude to the man in front of me. She was extremely rude, more so than ever before.I asked for a receipt, and she slammed it down on the counter extremely hard, mumbled something under here breath and walked off. I will never step foot back in this location due to this horrible girls attitude. I believe her name is Kathy, at least that is what the receipt says. I called and spoke to the manager, Olivia, so she is aware of the situation.
Stopped in after work today for dinner. Service by the young man at the front counter was the best I’ve ever received at this location. He was very polite and patient. Although they were out of potato soup, I was happy with the turkey sandwich and will visit again because of the polite young man at the counter.
