Go there before Grizzlies games. Service is getting worse with each visit. Looking for a better location.

We went here after a play to grab a bite to eat. When we entered, the bartender said, "You can sit anywhere." There was one side filled with customers and nowhere to sit, except the bar, but there weren't 4 seats together. So we sat on the side where no one was sitting. We sat there waiting on a waitress for a good 15-20 minutes. They looked in our direction, but no one came to the table. I walked over to the bar and asked the bartender if anyone was working on that side of the restaurant. Her response (sit over there) gesturing for us to sit on the side where there are not enough seats for 4 people. So we moved to that area sitting apart. We sat there 10 minutes, and not one waitress bothered to come to us and merely say, "Someone will be right with you!" At this point, I'm totally disappointed, and so we left. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location. This is the 2nd time we ended up just leaving without dining or even getting any service. The other time was bad service as well. And before you ask, why do I go there? It's because I like Hooters from previously going to them (other locations). And this location, we've stayed away long enough between each visit to give them time to get things together, but it seems that's just not going to happen. I won't be trying a 4th time.

I would love to give this place negative stars. This place is the absolute worst. First I wal in and the waitress was rude and had an attitude. She asked if I was dining in and I said no I wanted to place an order to go and she tells me that they are closed but it was only 10:30. So I called to place a togo order since the website showed they should be open. I mean it's the reason why I went there. I place a phone order and ask if they are open and was told yes and that I could pla e my order. I call 10 min later and they say they are making my order and hang up on me. I wait 10 more min and then try to go pick up my order and the doors are locked. There were still people inside. I'm so glad I didn't pay over the phone because I would be more missed off. I can see why they have so many bad reviews. If you see a good review it's probably fake. I mean, how do you explain all the one stars and then they get a 5 star review?? No one is that stupid unless they are from Memphis of course. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. DON'T BELIEVE ME JUST READ THE REVIEWS. BEWARE OF THIS HOOTERS YOU WILL BE THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. IF ZERO STARS WERE THING OR EVEN NEGATIVE THEY WOULD BE ONE OF THE LEADERS!!!
My husband stopped to eat here on the way home from a hunting trip, with his friends. Came home to tell me that his waitress (Alexis M), decided to sit at their table and ask them what they do for a living. When told they are firemen, she then asked "do you cheat on your wives?". Then proceeded to explain how the Memphis fireman put their wedding rings in their pockets before they come in to dine. Not only is this wildly inappropriate, but extremely concerning behavior from a server. Also if you're a fire wife in Memphis. You may want to question your husband's on their behavior, and you can thank Alexis for spilling the beans on that information.

All the girls are great but Ami went above and beyond what was expected. She was a pleasure to converse with and I will not hesitate to recommend her or this location to anyone.

Just went here to watch my Duke Blue Devils play Wake Forest with my daughter. Only had a Blackberry Tea and lemonade mix. It was really good. My daughter had a strawberry Lemonade. She loved it. The service was good also.

Their wings are great, but don't forget they originated in Clearwater, FL - so their shrimp is excellent. They also have burgers, other seafood, salads, and appetizers to choose from. I stick to their wings and shrimp.
They have many local, import, and domestic brews on tap to choose from. There's also a wide range of spirits to choose from as well (including wine). If you're not sure what you want they have a list of specialty cocktails to try.
The service has always been great. Occasionally the kitchen gets backed up with online orders or during larger sporting events (was there for the superbowl this year - it took a little bit longer to get my wings, but that's understandable).
The atmosphere is friendly and family oriented.

We are visiting from Dallas, Tx
The moment we walked up to the Bar the bartender seemed not nice, no smile, no greet nothing. She was on her phone the whole time and even left to sit down and never came back to ask if we wanted more drinks. Beer was not cold and with a lot of sediment. Worst experience at a Hooters EVER………… Downtown Memphis
Always a good choice to watch the game.
