This place is horrific. Not even sure how it’s still operating. We stopped in traveling through Tennessee with 5 adults and two children. To start the floor is so sticky you can hear it walking all around, disgusting. The food was poor for the price and our wait staff was inattentive despite maybe 10-12 other people in the building.

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I want to start off by saying me and my best friends have worked in the service industry for YEARS so we understand! Short staffed or not, the manager WAFA was very unprofessional. NEVER took accountability for a 50 min wait time, just for our food to come out ice cold !!! buffalo shrimp ICE COLD with a 25 min wait. I understand it’s the holidays and you may not have the best service but this was not the new year’s eve dinner I was expecting. Hopefully management sees this and fixes the root of this which is management. MADDIE OUR SERVER WAS GREAT!

I recently came in from out of town. I was dotted by my waitress Alex. She was so nice and sweet. Service was excellent and I got my beer just seconds after I ordered it. She helped me decide what to get to eat cause I’ve never been there before. Food was on point. Overall Alex has been the best waitress I’ve had in a while 100/10 will be coming there again.

I went to Hooters solo to get some fried Cod fish. The fish was excellent and the customer service from Bria was superb! I had a cocktail, strawberry margarita, it was delicious. There were a couple of problems: I like real glasses for my water, it was a plastic container. The fish was hot and very tasty, but the paper it was on was coming up with my fish, as it appeared to be wax paper. But I just pulled it off my fish after I noticed it. They side salad was also delicious 😋 My friend/Godmother of over 45 yrs was very sick, and I was one of her care taker since she didn't have children. I just needed to get out by myself to think and pray for her. This was the perfect place. Thanks Bria for making me feel welcome and listening to me vent about the bad customer service at the first restaurant I went to next door to Hooters, The Red Hooks🤢 I got a call on my way home saying, my friend passed. She was 99 yrs young and she lived a good life.

7:30 on a very slow Saturday night and didn't leave until 9:25. 3 people, a burger, quesadilla and a chicken sandwich (which turned out to be a chicken finger in fish breading on a bun). There was a line out the door of people waiting to be seated (plenty of open tables) no one even acknowledged them. Eventually they all had enough and just left. They were the lucky ones. No wonder they're closing up locations. This one needs to go too.

TRASH TRASH TRASH!!! Servers are trash waited over 30 mins cause the server told us it was gone be a 15 min wait . Lied only to come back and tell us that they were no longer sitting people . Definitely discriminates here please don’t go if you’re not a regular . They should close this location or hire new girls

Not enough floor or kitchen staff, 30 minute wartimes, took an hour to get my food after I was seated, saw several open tables that stayed open the whole time, food was…. Edible. I remember when (HOOTERS) was THE place to get a burger and beer and chill. Not any more.

Haven't been to a Hooter's in a few years. Work had me staying in Memphis tonight. We walked in and noticed roughly 12 patrons here. Thats a bad sign. I point to the margarita on the menu. Thats what I need. I get it. Pictured with salt and lime. I received neither. I order onion rings. Menu states includes tangy dipping sauce. I get served. No sauce. I ask, she tells me it doesn't come with sauce. OK, let me show you on the menu where it says it does. Also, no silverware, just plastic forks. The entire visit, the bartender sits at the end of the bar on her laptop. Every time we asked for something it felt like we were bothering her. Employee and one of their friends sitting at the bar vaping. Worst Hooter's visit I've ever had. No wonder there's no customers here.
