I always love the bartender and she is always nice . I’m so upset that they have decided to change the menu and get rid of some things . I drove 2 hours away just to get my original order I always get . They also took the half price appetizers. I won’t be back ever . I love the great customer service but they won’t receive my money anymore!

The wings were not freshly cooked, garlic parmesan was terrible hot wings was not good a lot of black blood in side of the wings. We sent them back to be redone to no prevailπŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

We got there at 6.30 and didn't start getting our food till after 7.30 and it was coming out like 1 to 2 plates at a time we had a big group and the place was not busy, i was done eating before some of the people in our group got there food.

Andrea was amazing, she was hosting guests and serving the entire restaurant. She was friendly and made sure our beverages were filled (kids sodas and adult drinks). We enjoyed a huge plate of fried pickles which were perfect! Our individual orders were also good. It’s been a while since I have been to a β€œHooters” and enjoyed such great service. Thank you!

Visited twice at two different times of the day. The first visit was greatβ€”the drinks and mozzarella sticks were on point. However, during my second visit, the drinks weren’t as good. The lemon drop was really watered down, so I had to return it and get a different one. Service was also quite slowβ€”we had to call the staff multiple times as no one was checking in on our table. Definitely a hit-or-miss experience.

Brought my husband for his first time after a trip to the zoo with our kids. Walked in and immediately was greeted and sat by the host. Sat and waited for a waitress to come to our table for 30 minutes before we just got up and left. The place was not busy at all. Multiple waitresses walked by and made eye contact but never got one to actually come to the table to take our order or give us drinks. Won’t come back to this location again.

Karrie was not attentive, eating her food in view of customers, ignored request for ranch and for checks. Had to ask for things multiple times, and she never seemed to care. 1/10, this was the nail in the coffin for this place. Good food will never over take terrible service. Worst tip I have ever left a server, IN MY LIFE!

NightShade Nightrazor

Walked in the restaurant and seated. It took 5 min for a server to come to my table, i placed an order for a beer, then 5 min later store manager asked if I had been waited on. I politely said yes. Then 5 min later my server came to my table and said the bartender was on the phone and would get my beer ready when she got off her cell phone. Three minutes later the server brought me the wrong beer as I pointed it out politely.
Five min later my server came to my table to tell me that the beer I ordered would not pour out of the tap and asked did I want anything else. I politely said no thank you and left. Thia place has become very disorganized and poor service. This explains why this restaurant hardly has any patrons in the establishment on a Friday evening at 6.pm
