Hooters of Memphis Southeast

I have only been 2 times. The atmosphere could be better. All that I ordered was left on the plate. Burger and salad were terribleI didn't even drink the sprite. Never going back. After 5 they automatically take 18% gratuity fee.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't recommend bringing children. It would be more of a gentleman type restaurant to me.

I've been to a lot of Hooters and always had fun there. Not in this one. Sticky counter and waitresses who cared more about themselves and their colleagues than about the customers. Every now and then you could see a waitress typing on a cash register for minutes and it seemed like she was calculating the next light jump for the Millenium Falcon. I will no longer be a guest here and can only advise looking for something else.

TL;DR: This place came highly recommended, and their shrimp tacos are apparently delicious.We met some friends here because their daughters love the food at Hooters and like the sports atmosphere. And indeed they had a soccer player on the wall of the entrance.I ordered the boneless wings after hearing that they were known for good wings. I did not like them. The ghost pepper sauce is all heat and none of the signature smokiness (like they weren't toasted and just blended the raw peppers). I also tried the General Tso's. It was ever so slightly spicy (nothing compared to the ghost peppers) and an overall good flavor. The chicken meat itself was the issue and potentially a matter of taste.My wife had a Twisted Texas Melt and enjoyed it thoroughly. And even enjoyed a small pudding shot for dessert.One of our friends repeatedly raved about his shrimp tacos although he had to send it back initially because the order was wrong.Service was mildly subpar. Aside from the wrong order, it seemed the waitress had issues keeping track of what she was doing. One drink refill left and food came back. Then minutes later we finally received the refill.For all the mildly negative comments above, I don't care much for Sports bars, and Hooters has a lot to offer for those who are into them. It didn't have the image id expected based on some of their imagery and even had a sign about a free Uber ride program to prevent drunk driving.

They don't deserve bad service, bad food and they steal when it comes to charging.

This location is extremely clean and well kept. The employees are fast paced and have great energy as well. My only surprise was the "automatic gratitude charge" on my receipt. I'm just hoping it actually went to my waitress for the great service she gave us..

18% tip is automatically on your bill. So the waitress are very dismissive and not friendly. If you try to make cordial conversion with them, they disrespect you, and make you feel like your nothing.

I love love love them.I don't eat onion rings but once I tried theres baby onion rings is ALL I get with the 3mile island wings omg can you say yummy.I eat here about 4 times a week.

Very indifferent service. Almost like I was only served out of necessity. General atmosphere was totally boring. Worst Hooters I’ve ever been in (out of about 25).
