I purchase from Howard’s very often. Today I was at the Cordova location. The service was terrible. People left out of the store because of the lack of recognizing when a customer enters the store.
I purchased $35 worth of day old donuts like I always do. These were for the office. I did not notice the no box sign. However I offer to purchase a box for the ease of the office. I was unable to purchase the box. However the customer in front of me was giving a box because she said the bag smashed her donuts. And yes she was giving a box. I returned my purchase but was forced to pay for a coffee. I guess I’ll be searching for a new donut spot that will appreciate my business.

Guy was coughing several times while serving donuts and was extremely rude avoid this place for now!
I had a taste for a few donuts and with all the holiday traffic I selected this spot. I’ve been here several times and today was the worse service, he was probably getting ready to close. But in sales, the last customer deserves the same courtesy as the first. As I looked over the bare selection, I ordered four donuts as I thought about Gibsons Donuts from his attitude. He must be the owner. Last visit for me.

I finally tried Howard's donuts and I am so impressed. The reason I had not gone before is because I am 20+ minutes away, so it just wasn't convenient. I went about 1p on Tuesday, no one inside but drive thru was steady. Was happy to see the large selection to choose from. It was a hard decision, but I got the red velvet cake, the plain cake and the maple bacon. All of them were delicious. The bacon on the maple donut was perfectly cooked. I think it has a hint of glaze on it to make a sweet and savory taste. Definitely a must try if you haven't had one before. Red velvet was so soft and it just melted in my mouth. The cake donut is a fav and I think a perfect add when you are eating other donuts that are sweet. At home the next morning, I slightly warmed them for 15 seconds in microwave and then added some protein, (eggs) that i prepared! My husband had the apple fritter that he enjoyed. I took a bite. Loved the soft inside and slightly crisp outside of fritter.

I was looking for a Homer Simpson donut and they have it! They call it a Texas Donut.. but in the picture you can compare its size to the dozen box.. and that bite is from my big ole mouth ... so it's a big donut.
