First of all, the food is always great. We order carryout very often. The past three times we've ordered, the sauce has been left out. This time we did get honey mustard in one entree but nothing in the other. The past two times, nothing. I even ordered extra chipotle ranch and got none.

Had a family celebration there recently. First time for most of us, as we'd mainly used the downtown location before. However, the food was just as good - I can always count on the Huey burger, There were turkey burger for non-beef eaters (they also have impossible burgers), Cheese Tots to share, Steak Stick dinner and snack, A1 burger and wings. A Rock slide was for shared by a birthday boy! The service was quite good. The ambience is similar to downtown but one drawback - no writing on the bathroom walls!

AMAZING SERVICE! AMAZING FOOD! AND GREAT MANAGEMENT! Was greeted quickly,orders taken smoothly, food arrived quick and correct! The manager or GM even came over to the table and asked about the serive and food which is always a pleasure! And shows great professionalism! Keep up the great work yall! Probably the best one in memphis!
The bartender was very self absorbed and did not tend to the people at the bar!!! Not only me and 3+ patrons!!

Wow, I've been attending this establishment since the early 2000's when Chad was the Bartender. Spent many a late night here...but I've made lifestyle changes and no longer stay out late lols anyway, on to the food... Haven't been to the Cordova location in sometime, Yesterday on 4/10/24 my wife and I ate lunch there. Completely horrible, we asked for medium well hamburgers which came out pink in the middle, The Hamburgers obviously weren't patted down with a spatula on the grill line , mine had grease just falling out of the bottom -- we had mozzarella sticks as apps , the sticks were smaller than usual but I guess that's what Cisco is delivering to restaurants now days , the marinara sauce was off , not as warm and missing less tomato than the past. Sweet potato fries were not hot . I wish my hamburger looked like any of the Hamburgers on these reviews! that's why people go to McDonald's, Taco-Bell , Perkins , etc because they know what they are getting-- the consistency was wayyyyy Off from the food I remember at this Cordova-location It's gone wayyyyyy down hill over the 24 years of me stepping In this place... I wont be returning and definitely not this location and not anytime soon!!!

I hate to have to leave a bad review. Hueys was my all time favorite restaurant, it's what draws me to the mid-south. I'm super disappointed. I usually eat Hueys 3-4 times a month, getting their chicken sticks. I tell everyone how great it is and i'm always so excited to eat there. I visited this location last week and i was so excited to enjoy hueys as i usually do. When my food was brought to me, it was completely burnt. I was only able to get meat out of the middle of the little pieces of chicken. I spent all of my dinner picking off charcoal and burnt pieces from my food so that i could eat something. Our waiter did not visit our table often and i was very hungry. I'm super disappointed and if i ever return to Hueys, i will avoid this location. I hate to write this review but i couldn't imagine someone being as excited for the good tasting hueys like i expected, and being disappointed. I always try to understand simple mistakes but this wasn't just something that was overlooked. Someone saw this completely burnt and decided to serve it. My boyfriend offered me some of his meal to enjoy because he knew i was very excited for our Hueys dinner, yet his sticks were burnt too. I'm a super loyal customer and i'm always one to suggest hueys for lunch or dinner. I wouldn't want anyone else having this experience & I'd hate to take my family back here.

The food was, as always, very good! My husband and I got their blue cheese burger and their Madison burger and both enjoyed our food. My husband particularly enjoyed his onion rings, saying that they were some of the best onion rings he'd ever had.The restaurant was very busy, which surprised us since it was a Wednesday night. Due to how busy it was, our server wasn't able to give us as much attention as we normally would have liked, but that's understandable. We would have liked it, however, if she had been a little friendlier or more charismatic. Normally I can remember server's names, but she didn't make much of an impression on me, so I didn't learn it.Additionally, the atmosphere wasn't quite what we were expecting for a Wednesday night as well. They had live music, which normally is fun, but the guys they had playing were VERY loud and kept trying to talk to people while eating their meals. We didn't really enjoy that - although they were very talented musicians in general.I would recommend this restaurant anyways - the food is always good. But you might want to be prepared for a louder environment, I guess, and for it to be busy after 6:00 PM.

We had Huey burger and chicken strips with fries, which were great as usual. We also had spinach dip with chips which never disappoints. We were there during lunch time and they were busy, but service was great and food was hot and delicious as usual. Wish we lived closer to a Huey's location.
