My husband and I were about to place a carry out order until we were told there would be a 15% gratuity added. We asked why that would be added with a carry out order and were told they started doing that during covid and jusy didn't stop. I can understand the reason for doing it during covid, but there is absolutely no reason to do it now. Also, I seriously doubt Huey's is still giving the wait staff the extra money they are charging people for gratuity for placing carry out...read full review
I just picked up a chicken Philly it was terrible the fries were as though they came off someone else’s plate who dined in, even the pickle looked as though it had been sitting on top of the trash in the garbage. I am distraught. I should have gone to poplar or downtown location.
Absolutely garbage service. Placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 mins. I got there 20 mins after I placed the order and was told it would be 10 more mins. No big deal. I waited 30 mins after I paid and had not one person come to tell me what was going on. I had to ask a server to get a refund and the manager didn’t even come speak to me. I’ve been a frequent customer for some time but this place has lost my business for good!
