Had to come to the original Huey's. This is the 1 to go to. Had the Smash burger and Onion Rings! We started with the nachos and it was almost too much food. Burger was good, right amount of grease and flavor, cooked perfectly. Onion rings were A+++++ best way to describe them is Soft Crunchy... and massive! Great dinner and a good price.

We ate at bar, food was great. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and steak fries, was delicious. We had the same bartender like always, he's always Johnny on the spot.Great food, great experience and we both enjoyed it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am from Houston visiting for work. Was told this was the best place to eat a good burger so so decided to try it out. Were greeted right away but after getting our drink order and appetizer order it took them 30 mins to take our order mind you it took them 30 mins to get our appetizer out as well mind you it wasn’t even busy. We stayed because I thought the food was going to be worth the wait. Needless to say the food was mediocre and well not worth the wait. Oh and when we got the check we knew there was going to be an 18% gratuity but the math wasn’t adding up so when I did the math it was actually 20% that they added to the check. The only thing that was good about the place was the building itself. Definitely not a restaurant I will be recommending nor going back.

Huey’s Midtown is a premier establishment, why they don’t have interconnected modern TVs with full HD across the board is sad. It’s sad, Huey’s money peeps. Beneath your standard. This is your ORIGINAL location?l! Pick up a phone and elevate the experience to every loyal customer. Sadly, I’m not coming to your place for games anymore because it’s a bummer. SD, out of sync broadcasts, oh, this one TV can get it, so turn completely around. Geez. Really? It’s smart TVs on a central licensed feed, right? Come on. I’m not changing my one star review until there is action. I’m a local. I also speak for more patrons than myself. No customer cares about the back of house renovation expenses to a location. You make money by front of house daily. You won’t lose your lived in vibe if you have a modern video set up. Invest in customer experience and recoup it all faster. Counting on you. 💪
