The downside to Huey's is that it will be hopping busy even on a weekday night. However, the staff is clearly used to it and we were seated quickly. The beer selection was excellent with both standard and local options. The food was, flat out, AMAZING. It was quick, clean, fresh, well balanced, and a delight to the senses. One of the best burgers I have ever had. I look forward to returning and trying out more of the menu and desserts!
I’m satisfied with my experience in every way. Let’s start with the atmosphere. So it’s a bar/family pub. The walls are filled with the memories of the family and Memphis in general. Food is top notch! I would say the burgers are the best but every time I try something else it’s just as good. They have a full bar with all your favorite drinks. Service is great. The food was so-so, my burger was average, BUT, the pattie saved it! It was seasoned and prepared wonderfully, can't say the same for the fries, bun, cheese, or mushrooms. Our server was awesome too...4 stars is fair.
