Folk’s Folly is our family’s choice for group and small celebrations. The private rooms are ideal for larger groups. It is our #1 choice for birthday dinners. The buttery tender filets are our go to meals.. perfectly seasoned, seared and cooked to temperature. I personally love the sweet mash as a side but they are all good. There are some new items on the menu, too. We tried the strawberry shortcake last night. The kindness of the hostesses, knowledge and care of the servers and the FOOD last night solidified are selection for Folk’s as our choice for a premier steakhouse dining experience.

As usually this was a great dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday. The food was amazing and the service was spectacular. This is a great location for a special occasion.

The experience, yes experience was amazing. When you are at Folk's Folly you are truly treated like a guest, more importantly a “treasured” guest. They spare no expense on service, food, ambience and aesthetics. I always feel like I am transplanted to another era and for a couple of hours or so I drown out the real world and submerse myself in Southern Charm! Folk's Folly will always be my go-to! Thanks for making my Sisters birthday amazing and unforgettable!

Ashley was a great waitress. She was very attentive. She acknowledged my son during his birthday. She made sure that we were all happy fellowship and enjoying dinner together.

Food was great! Service great! Theo from the kitchen even stopped by to help us celebrate two birthdays! A very nice evening!

From the minute we entered, we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. Our server, Ashley was outstanding. The food was delicious and everything arrived in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend eating here. If I am ever visiting Memphis again, I will be sure to dine at Folk's Folly!

Folk's Folly is consistently excellent. Waitress Corrine is a pro, steaks are incredibly delicious. Our go to steak place in Memphis for nearly 50 years!

The entire experience was excellent! We were seated on time, had an excellent waitress Mia, all of the courses were delicious! Fair pricing for prime steak. We had the evening special for our entrée and it was superb.

Great experience. Perhaps the best steakhouse in Memphis. Hopefully, the chef will add Redfish to the menu

Always a great meal with great service. Best wedge salad in the city, large sides to share and tender and delicious steaks. The salmon was perfection.

The food is overpriced. I ordered my bone in filet medium and it came out not even rare. It was raw. I send it back and I am sure it was microwaved and then came out well done. They said it was one pound and it was maybe 8 oz. The broccoli was advertised as butter and garlic. There was no garlic and I had to use butter for the bread to butter the broccoli. The fried pickles were good, the Merlot was excellent and the service was great. I would never go back as there are many better steakhouses in Memphis even Outback was better
