Our experience was very well remembered, Kurt(waiter) was very charismatic and extremely helpful! Food was amazing and is definitely in the Top 3 on my list and that's a pretty good list to add a little clarity to it! We will be returning to try other items. That ribeye was so amazing along with the salmon which is the best I've ever had!! Money was very well spent and worth every cent!!!! The fried pickles were brought out with no dipping sauce and there were about 5 of them in total the filet was cooked medium rare like I asked and was good but the jalapeño Mac and cheese had no taste at all and was sitting in a bowl of what appeared to be butter or oil ? The asparagus was good but the crème brûlée was runny our server took our drinks without asking if we were finished and someone who wasn't our server kept asking us if we were done eating even though our plates were still full overall a really disappointing experience especially for the high prices
The service and experience were beautiful. My husband and I had dinner last night for his birthday. From the greeting of the valet attendants to the hostess and managers at our entrance, everyone was welcoming and smiling. Our server Greg was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He was a pleasure to meet. The food was amazing, large portions that were cooked to perfection. Oh ! My strawberry lemon drop was AMAZING! Thank you for your kindness and service. We will be back.

It was a wonderful night with delicious food cooked just the way we like it. The servers were very attentive and made sure we never ran out of our drinks. The bread pudding is unbelievably awesome! I will definitely be back again! Thank you Folk's Folly

We had such a wonderful experience! Our server, Chris, was well versed in the menu and made fantastic suggestions for our meal. We had a group of 9 and everything came out exactly as we ordered it with beautiful presentation. 10/10 we will be back to dine and enjoy.
Dinner was amazing! We were celebrating my fiancé's birthday. The Italian sausage stuffed mushrooms were hearty and marinara was perfect flavor. The wedge salad is a dram for blue cheese lovers. Ribeye steak was on point!!

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at Folks Folly and from the time we entered until we left we enjoyed every moment!! Curt is the best server and they even placed us in a private room that was decorated with balloons when we arrived! The food was amazing and drinks were flowing!! We will definitely be back!

Outstanding dining experience! To start with, Diane, General Manager of Folks Foley (FF), greeted us and walked us to our table. Escargot, my special appetizer order I placed two days prior, was brought to my table by Tom Hughes, the Chef himself. Diane made her business to remember the cut of New York Strip my spouse preferred. Both Diane and Tom checked on us once our steak was half devoured. For over a year, we asked Santiago to be our server, courteous, attentive, efficient, and he served us with smile. FF made us feel as one of their most important customers!
All of the meats were seasoned to perfection and sized for kings. All shareable portions for at least two people, both the main dishes and sides. The sides like the broccoli, twice baked potatoes, and Au gratin lacked seasoning but overall the meat's balanced them well. If you are a vegetarian that likes well seasoned veggies you may want to ask for seasoning or bring your own. The atmosphere was quite romantic and the service was a 10 out of 10. At no point were our glasses empty or did we need to ask for anything. Oh and the manager was NOT hiding somewhere in the back. He was out meeting and greeting and ensuring the service and food was top tier. Greatly appreciated our service staff, chefs, and the manager. You all made my birthday perfect. Thanks.

It was our first experience and certainly will not be the last. Our server, Chris, and staff did an amazing job and were extremely thorough and attentive. My wife has said she expects him the next time we dine in. We have been to pretty much every steakhouse in Memphis and this one lived up to the hype!!! Thank you Folk's Folly for making this a memorable evening!

Requested steaks cooked medium, both were overcooked. Sides (grits, jalapeño mac n cheese & mushrooms) lacked flavor. Mac n cheese was very oily. We were very excited to try Folks Folly but were very let down by the taste. Our server was great.

for the first time at this restaurant, we had a bad experience. Salad had insufficient dressing. I ordered steak medium rare but it was well done. Wife ordered hers medium but it was medium rare. They talk about a dress code but man wearing a hat was seated beside us. Music was soul and rockabilly instead of Sinatra and the American songbook standards as in the past.

I haven't been back to Folks Folly for almost 10 years. I remembered a warm ambiance and great steaks. Unfortunately, that's not what i found last Friday evening. My steak was tough and grizzly. We were seated in an room with almost zero decoration....just black panel walls. It was probably an overflow room, but even so, it should have been nicer. Probably won't visit again. Not sure what's happened over the years...
