I waited for an order that was place 40mins in advance and I was told when the order was place it would be ready in 25 mins. I go to pick my order up and wait about 20mins just to be told they gave away my order and they are now out of turkey sausage so now I can’t even order what I originally wanted for me or my family. This ihop service is terrible this is not only the 1st time this has happened but the 3rd so that’s it for ihop

Food is ok. Everytime I order from here through Uber something is always missing. They never put sugar or creamer in the bag even though you order coffee and this time I didn't get my cinnamon dippers. I will not be ordering from them a third time.

I will never visit this establishment ever again. We got sat down right away with all eyes on me and my wife and was told someone would be right with us, so after 20 minutes no one ever came and said anything far as can we get yall something to drink or nothing. As we watched two other couples come in and get service right away, so we politely got up and left this run down establishment and took our business elsewhere, if I could've gave them zero 🌟s I would've. WORD OF ADVISE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS DUMP WITH LAZY EMPLOYEES!!!!

Have not been seated yet but waiting for a table is a challenge. 1. The people smell like strong weed and musk, 2. There is a homeless person occupying a booth and the restaurant is busy this morning. Trying my best not to manifest. Totally unacceptable.

All I'd advise is if you're coming early morning 2-4 order your food online, it'll be much faster and convenient unless you have the time to waste sitting there, my food was fresh I came around 4am I ordered a strawberry cheesecake waffle combo it was sweet but but very good and worth the price which was about $13
