I placed an order online at 6am but I fell asleep. Whenever I woke up I called and the person who answered the phone was very polite and told me that I had to speak to tye manager in person. Well once I arrived to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She asked me what did I order and said she remembered having to throw it out. But they prepared my order fresh and hot. I was so grateful. And the staff was very understanding.

One of the cleanest locations I’ve visited! The staff was so helpful and attentive. Cindy was our waitress and was amazing. The food was good. Tables were clean. Staff was clean. Decent location, right off the highway.

Me and my wife decided to go to IHOP we haven't been in almost 15 years so we went to the last location that we did and that was on American Way it was very excellent service the restaurant was extremely clean and the food was good

I don’t know if the middle eastern lady with the burgundy hair was the person I seen last time with my friends but both times were rude encounters. The first time, the lady that originally seated me and my friends was very sweet and nice! We were going to tip her but she left and another lady became our waiter. She had our meals together but we were paying separately (we told the previous lady that), then she proceeds to get mad, blow her breath, and walk away.
Now the second time, it’s a lady with burgundy hair. I had to call my mom because I didn’t know if she wanted her eggs scrambled or not and I accidentally left my card lock. I smiled and apologized to the lady but her attitude appeared rude. I could hear her blowing her breath again like the last time. I finish out my order, I tell her thank you, and she runs off so fast my receipt didn’t even finish coming out of the machine. Her attitude made me uncomfortable. There’s no reason to be rude to people you don’t know, especially if they’re being nice to you! I understand we all have our bad days but just being respectful to a person can mean a lot.

This IHOP is horrible. Restaurant is gross and needs a deep clean. I’ve never seen this IHOP with a full parking lot. I like IHOP but avoid this location because you will be disappointed with service/food/cleanliness, etc.

The waitresses are always on their phone, the service is very slow, especially when you go to pick up food, they make you wait a long time even when the food is ready, it happens all the time both to me and to many friends who go to pick up food there
