Rather disappointing for an IHOP. Coffee served in a to go cup. Served with plastic utensils, and the gravy was cold, split, and watery. At the end I saw there was an 18% gratuity added to the bill in small print.
I placed an order online at 6am but I fell asleep. Whenever I woke up I called and the person who answered the phone was very polite and told me that I had to speak to tye manager in person. Well once I arrived to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She asked me what did I order and said she remembered having to throw it out. But they prepared my order fresh and hot. I was so grateful. And the staff was very understanding.
