The service and waitress were appalling. Several of us had been waiting at least 20 minutes. There was no hostage available to direct us to stay or to be seated. We did not see any signs that says do not see yourself. We see that ourselves and this waitress refuse to serve us. Several people walk out. I will never come back to location and I will advise my friends and community not to do so either. We were treated very disrespectful. This Mexican waitress told me that she was very. She saw me sitting at the table and refused me service. She could have told me then that the area was closed,, however she just let me sit there and refuse me serving she was rude and very disrespectful.

I used to love eating here but not tonight. It was empty and we waited more than 35 min for the so called manager to take our drinks and than I try to get my favorite dish and he said no screaming because they didn't substitute anything. I was like they always do it when I come here. He had an attitude. Well I guess we will not be coming any time soon again. Now let's see how long it will take them to bring our food out. š¤

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE manger!! Me and my sister came to this location last night (07/02/2025) I walked in and told the manger( he seemed to be the only person there) that there was gonna be my sister, me and my baby. And that I was stepping outside and would be back in 10 minutes. I literally came back in 8 minutes later to go ahead and sit while we waited on my sister . He immediately came at me with a nasty attitude and saying āyou liedā āyou said 10 minutesā even though I literally came back 8 minutes later. And was going off saying that the dining room is closed pretty much yelling at me. But said he guessed he would take us and at that point my son is crying his heart out bc this man is basically screaming at me. After all that I wasnāt even hungry and I didnāt want him to spit in our food so I told he him was very rude and I did not want to dine in anymore. I was prepared to give him a heafty tip since I seen he was the only one but I will NEVER return to this location again. I hope he is fired and will be reaching out to corporate

Got there at 640 am I asked the lady are they open she was very rude I asked 3 times before she answered me as she was walking to the door . White female with black hair really nasty attitude. Someone needs to come and check how this place is ran seriously.
RACIST! I came here this morningā¦.let me add Iām 6 months pregnant and just was trying to get my food. I had previously ordered food from DoorDash and they dropped it off at the wrong address. I alerted door dash then reordered the food and as I thought about itā¦I felt more comfortable going to get my own food than having a stranger drop it off. So I went to go pick it up, I tried explaining to them my situation and showed my phone and they turned they nose up at me like I was a nuisance. I waited to the door dasher to get there and I told him he could keep the tip I will pick up my order and he understood there was no issue! They were making it such a big deal and being rude about it like I really could have bought that meal 10 times over! She said the managers name was Sherryl or Sherrie . Honestly I have multiple degrees with law and criminal justice and this type of behavior I could sue for pregnancy discrimination if I wanted because I told her I was pregnant! She refused to give me my food being racist and had the door dasher show proof of my order. She refused to give me any syrup when I askedā¦why? Racist!!! Iām not even from here my boyfriend lives here and weāre Iām from stuff like this doesnāt happen everybody is nice to each other! Help each other! Iām going to corporate with this situation
