Not much to say about this IHop. They are pretty much all the same. The food wasn't bad but it was almost cold. The restaurant was clean. The sever whose name is Abby was a sweetheart. Very friendly and helpful. She was the only server that day and she did a very good job. Also they do have a lot of food options. We would go here again. And it was easy to find.

IHOP tries so hard. They have an amazing business model. The problem is, at a place like IHOP, the workers need to care as much as the owner does. And let's be real, the workers aren't making enough to motivate them, and I honestly don't blame them.

The Best One Ever
Left the IHOP on Showcase because no one came to seat us when they had no customers and drove to this one only to see a sign on the door that said "Tursday" until 1am. We arrived around 11pm after traveling all day and starving. We then noticed a second handwritten sign on cardboard stuck to the window that said "To go only". So we didn't get to eat here either. I guess "24hrs" isn't accurate in these restaurants.

I love IHOP because it opens early and breakfast, lunch and dinner is available. The staff is always professional and accommodating. I’m a breakfast person so I love their waffles and pancakes. It can get quite busy at times, but the servers are very efficient and friendly.
My husband and I were there for lunch Friday March 8 at 11am.. Brenda was very friendly and fantastic service... food was fantastic as well.. thank you.
