It took about 5 minutes to be seated, but it was not busy. I was given a dirty menu.
The senior breakfast was cooked ok to my liking, but the pancake was a little under cooked. I ordered it with lemon and also a sweet tea. My lemon had the sticker on it.
This made me feel it was not clean.

Everything was great!!!
Colorado Omelet!!!
There were 10 to 12 tables occupied and the rest of the restaurant was empty, but still, we waited around 15 to 20 minutes to get our table and then we waited another 30 to 40 minutes for our food to come after we ordered.
Sadly service is worse than before.

I just have no words because I don't feel like going into details. I'll just say the food was terrible and I wasted my money. If IHOP keeps this up they'll be on the chopping block soon like a lot of other restaurants around here. It's just ridiculous at this point π«©... You buy food and have to finish cooking it yourself.

The biggest problem I see here is apparently they are not really good at getting people served, I had to wait an unusually long time when I was the 2 or third there, I ended up last even people who arrived after me received there breakfast first

IHOP provides a very good family setting. No loud music, no crowded areas, and very friendly wait staff. Their food was well prepared and service was quick.

I will continue to cook at home because spending $40 only for bad service and low bar food is not financially responsible in this economy especially. My server was young and Iβm not sure if she was new but she had no presence. She barely said anything. She took our order and brought back our drinks. The kitchen staff skipped us because another serverβs family came in after we ordered , they were seated, hugged and kissed times 4, ordered and received their food and were almost done before our food came out 40 minutes after we ordered. In that time the waitress never came back to the table to refill our drinks or give an update. When the food finally came I still had to ask her for a refill and got syrup. The refills came but the syrup didnβt so we just busted what was already on the table. Getting to the food, the Luke warm like it had been sitting and the pancakes were terrible. Iβm not one to waste but I left those things on the table and just ate the sides. The pancakes tasted like raw dough and they turned to mush when cut and fell apart when trying to eat them.

Some of the extras were lacking, but the chicken was definitely good. There was only a few workers and they all seem to be bored, tired of being there, and like the phone is more important.

Building stinks really bad. One of the servers seemed to not want to be there.
