The worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant! There were only 2 tables with people and I still waited 15 minutes for them to get my drinks, then 40 minutes and the food never arrived, the waitress said that in the kitchen they forgot to make my food but I had to leave and I left without eating! I will never return

Some of my steak tips were hard to cut, old pieces or not cooked correctly. My hashbrowns were overcooked, I did ask for the crispy but not dry and burnt a little.
Parking: The manager on duty was very professional and courteous and caring about my complaints and took care of my problems. Normally the food is delicious and I do eat here a lot. I will be back soon because they are good and convenient and family like
Kid-friendliness: This is a fun place for kids to eat. Wide tasty selection of things to eat.

Waited for over an hour for 1 order. People came and left that came after me. After trying to place an order the hostess (Jesse) then allowed others to skip in front of me per his request, so I decided I was going to order through the app. The app stated my order should be ready at 11:12 and I didn’t receive my order until 11:40. At this point I had seen people seated eaten and had gone. Once I walked in again to now pick up my online order, the same hostess then asked if I had an online or call in I said online he throws his hand back to the back of the restaurant where there was literally no one to tell you anything in reference to your order. Because this same behavior the staff did to other people as well 3 people were in the back of the restaurant waiting for their orders that were in the front because they were call ins. I asked to speak to a manager to several employees and they was ignored until one young lady grab her. I didn’t explain everything like I just did here because she just wanted my name to check on the food. I received my food with an apology from a staff member I hadn’t seen yet, that was ice cold with aluminum foil on top as lids at this point I didn’t want anymore. Worst experience by far.

Here it is y'all, the worst restaurant in Collierville, TN. You'll wait forever for a server. You'll wait for everything for your food, and when your food gets to you. It's cold. Don't waste your time or money. And if you think that door dash or Uber eats will be different, no. If you order from this institution through any of those apps, then you'll get your food almost 2 hours after ordering.

Incredibly slow service. Waited 20 minutes after being seated for water and to put in our order. Now we've been sitting here for 20 minutes trying to pay our bill so we can leave. Would not recommend if you had plans to do anything else on your Saturday.

Place is a joke can’t even cook an egg or read simple instructions given by the customer on how they want there food cooked. If I can give a 0 star I would just shut the whole place down.

Dirty. Clumps of hair all over the floor. Large crumbs all over the floor. Dirty tables to our left and our right the entire time we were there. Food delivered no silverware on the table. Drinks arrived after the meal hit the table. Overall disappointment.
Best IHOP in the Memphis Tennessee area. Thank you Ms.
