Our church caters from this restraunt quite a bit, although I've never been in person I love their food. Probably one of the best mexican restraunts in the bartlett area hands down! If you haven't tried it you are really missing out!

This place treats me like family and they know what I want before I do 😁 It's very warm and inviting and my favorite table is in the corner by the bar area. Their prices are very reasonable. Quality of the food is excellent and their cooks are talented.

I really enjoyed my first (of many to come) experience at Los Pilares Mexican food. I had the Chipotle Chicken w/rice and beans. It was delicious and a generous serving. Next time, I'll take pictures to add. Service was top-notch, fast and friendly. 5 stars, highly recommend, and most definitely will be back. Please don't change. Like some other Mexican food place on Summer Avenue did.

We arrived and felt immediately unwelcome as soon as we were seated. It turns out that they were to close within 45 minutes.
Within our short visit, we were rushed in our service. We were denied service because it was too close to closing- without telling us that closing time was coming. Had we known, we might have had the opportunity to show our own consideration.
The order was incorrect. The food was fresh, but not to the taste of the person who didn't get what they ordered. There was no offer to correct the order.
As it was, we were made to check out as vacuums swirled and our waitress denied more beverages. We will absolutely not be back.
Parking: If the lot is empty, don't go in. They're either closed or disinterested in serving you.
It was pretty good! The portions felt huge to me which I greatly enjoyed and the food tasted great! I think I just miss the food from Texas ♡. The service was swift and diligent. Our lovely server kept an eye on my aunt and uncle's tea and kept them filled and even sent us off with a to-go cup.

I called this location at 5:18 pm on August 11, 2024. Whoever was answering the phone at that time must have been having a bad day or something, because they treated me rather rudely. As I began my order, the woman talked to me in a very impatient tone and was acting annoyed when I told her what kind of meat I wanted in my burrito because she failed to even ask that detail. Her tone was so rude and uninviting that I don’t ever want to support the location with my money.
I am typing this review from the Los Pilares on highway 70 because their staff is much more friendly and inviting than that of the stage road location.
