I visited this location on valentines night, they were busy which was expected. However the staff was rude. The cashier didn’t ask about being a rewards member and even went to the next screen as I was reaching to type in my information. We asked the cashier to go back so we could type it in to which she huffed and puffed but reluctantly went back. Once my number was typed in, an option for a “free classic cookie” briefly popped up and as soon as it did I reached to use it. The cashier, once again quickly proceeded to the next screen. We’d already asked to go back once and since that seemed like such an inconvenience we didn’t want to bother her to do it again. I’m about 20-30 mins away from the closest Insomnia so it’s nice to use a reward when it’s available especially if it’s a surprise to me. The cashier was just so unenthused and in a rush to get the line down. Cookies were a 10/10! The service was not it.

The deluxe cookies are good and soft. Only problem I had was that I asked for chocolate chunk cookies and didn’t see but one chocolate chip in this cookie. Asked for a chocolate chunk peanut butter cookie as well and didn’t see any chocolate chips at all, just straight peanut butter. If I’m paying for something I want what I paid for. Not cool.

Great cookies! served warm. couple of different sizes, and they even have ice cream to go with them
Unfortunately our first order was delivery, and we received less than 1/2 of what we paid for. I guess the Cookiewich says it comes with 2 scoops but really looked like they squished 1/2 scoop of each in a super tiny container? The whole second part of our order, a 2 scoop cup for $7.50, was missing entirely. Super poor experience as the cookies were delicious but super small. And for the price of 2 scoops there shouldn't be 1/2 a scoop of each squished in a 1 scoop tiny container for the Cookiewich. Also we live less than 2 minutes away and the ice cream was super melted. Overall a poor experience we probably won't try again, but maybe it was due to ordering through delivery? Definitely shop in store to make sure the order is correct.
