I’ve always had great experiences in store, but I have order via delivery twice, and both times the delivery driver has stolen either part of/my entire order. Thankfully customer service is great; when I called I got a refund both times. Great place, just do not order delivery!!! Period!!

Cookies were doughy like, not best. But service was smooth. Can't really tell where to go once inside as customers tell you, which is kinda uncomfortable. So it's rather small & compact inside. I'd definitely prefer my cookies warmer next time.

I got 4 classics & 4 deluxe cookies. I ended up getting 5 different cookies and my friend picked 3 others. My cookies were chocolate chip cookie, confetti cookie, gluten-free/vegan confetti cookie, brownie, and brookie. My friend got oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle and one more I can’t remember. She said her husband liked them and she tried some of mine, and liked them as well. These are very rich cookies. Once in a blue moon treat. I didn’t like the chocolate chip as much because I don’t like big chunks of chocolate like that. The confetti cookies I did enjoy. The gluten-free/vegan cookie, I enjoyed a lot. My friend was shocked how it was. I would come back if I was in town and need a sweet tooth fix. They are a bit pricey, but you are paying for quality.Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian cookie section. 4 or 5 cookies I believe. I got the confetti cookie, it was delicious. I had my friend try it and she was amazed how good it was.Parking: There is parking on the street,l. That’s where I parked. I don’t know if there is more parking in the back.

I got word of this place via socialmedia (Memphis TikTok )and let me tell you friends, this is a 5 star delectable. Excellent customer service is always a plus.The staff is nice and friendly. You are not rushed to make a decision. Here’s is the great part.. the vegan cookies taste is no different from the others. Inexpensive desert, great prices with other great establishments to add to the beauty of the University of Memphis. My only disappointment, my teens ate the leftovers while hubby and I was asleep.Definitely ordering more for our Thanksgiving dinner. Happy Customer for life.
