I really wanted to love Isabella’s Pizza because I enjoy supporting local businesses, and I’ve heard so many great things about it. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite live up to the hype.
The pizza itself was underwhelming—the flavors were bland, and the pepperoni wasn’t even fully cooked or warmed through. I was hoping for something more flavorful and satisfying. The pasta, which I expected to be a safe bet, ended up being too sweet—even my kid, who loves just about any kind of pasta, wouldn’t eat it. That was especially disappointing.
I appreciate the friendly service and the welcoming atmosphere, but the food just didn’t hit the mark for me. I truly hope it was just an off night because I know so many people love this place. I’d love to give it another try in the future, but for now, it wasn’t what I had hoped for.

I decided to try Isabella’s since a lot of people who live in Bartlett have recommended it. We love going to Garibaldis, but sometimes I don't want to drive to Germantown when I crave a pizza. I ordered a pizza from here to try it out, and it was so dry. Hardly any sauce or cheese at all. The toppings probably would have been alright, but I could not get over how tough and dry this pizza was. It’s a real shame when you spend 20+ dollars on pizza trying to support local business, and it is this disappointing.

I originally had a 5 star review because I love this place but I unfortunately will not be back. I got a small cheese pizza yesterday. It was dried out, doughy, tasted old, barely any cheese or sauce which are the only things on the pizza.I called today and was offered a pizza to fix yesterdays. I go in to eat there and we even bought 2 slices of meat lovers and a couple beers, but same thing today- doughy and chewy for the pizza. Slices tasted old. I didn’t even eat any of it- got a box to take home for my dog. It’s sad because I’m from Boston and finally found 2 good pizza places down here and this was my #1, but I will be going elsewhere :(
