I am going to assume that the management of this restaurant learned something after the bad review they received from another guest back in September, because my wife and I had no issues at all with the service or the food. We split a standard breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Got sat. No menu, no waitress, overheard someone say you have to scan the code for the menu. So I did that. Ordered my food and app said to see waitress. No one came back. Several tables came in after us and got an actual waitress! We waited 20 min and left! There was 10 staff members. I counted. Didn't appear to have anyone in charge. Dirty tables, everywhere. I was not happy! I love Chili's, just not this one.

We tried to call in an order and got hung up on twice. Downloaded the app and tried to order that way but you can’t customize the order. Drove to Chili’s and placed the order. Took forever and 3 of the 4 meals were wrong. Counter girl was very nice but probably won’t be back.

My son was visiting from Seattle Washington he my daughter and I went to Chili's on a Friday around 4:00 pm. A manager was working to go orders she said I will be right with you never came over employees passed right by us never acknowledge us. Employees sitting at the bar eating and drinking liquor drinks we waiting at least a hour We left and went to another restaurant that had better service and better food . I will never enter another Chili's

Boneless wings were cold and flavorless. Fries were soggy. Seemed like the food was made immediately then sat somewhere while they waited 30+ minutes for a driver. Not good. Don’t recommend.

Don’t know why I left one star. I hate leaving bad reviews but I just got to. My first time eating here. Just got my food and it’s the worst. Never had chicken so bad and it’s not even done. The boneless wings are terrible. I just don’t understand

2nd being here and absolutely amazing, fries are so good even after being delivered super crisp and not at all soggy, and wings are out of this world. 10/10 would recommend

The first time I went, I enjoyed my lemon pepper wings. This time, all I received was wings (no lemon pepper anywhere). I tried contacting someone at the restaurant since I was headed back to work, no one answered. So if it’s not the regular food from Chili’s, it’s a no for me. The fries were good though. (Pick up at Chili’s curbside, Poplar)
Waited 2 hours for our order and the lazy POS still haven’t made it. Keep asking for above minimum wage but keep working like food stamp workers
