There were Kohl's customer service is awful a preparation of a food just by looking at the food maybe it's old chicken I'm not sure but I am not happy with the food there are four I hardly ever go there

Let me start off by saying the food is always great and worthy of 5 *'s and some but there is a big problem at this location. I have been coming here for over a year and one thing has been consistent, as well good food, there has been consistent attitude. I have been here 6 times since December and 5 times the cashier (male and female) has not been courteous not even saying hello or thank you. This problem needs to be addressed.

I’ve been to this location on Thomas St. 3 different times in the last month.. EVERY TIME I go they tell me their system is down. They are sitting out back smoking! They think I’m stupid… their system IS NOT DOWN, they just don’t want to work!!
