This location compared to others is not on par. The best thing about the meals ordered was the sweet tea. The quality of the food is inconsistent. The gentleman at the window was helpful and was responsive to our feedback.

Horrible upon ordering my food I asked what time do you close for the day. I was told 10 o'clock I arrived 15 minutes before 9 o'clock, after paying I was told fresh chicken was cooking over a half hour later I'm still waiting. I ordered a three piece and a steak sandwich, after waiting for a few minutes I knocked on the window no one responded I blew my horn trying to get someone's attention no one came to the window. Finally got my order only to be asked to pull up because my steak sandwich wasn't ready after waiting for 30 minutes. I was beyond disappointed. The manager never offered an apology or anything else mind blowing

The tea is OLD NASTY no lable no expire date on the tea plan Old taste I live little ways from there to be taken stuff back no more gallon tea for me $6 down the drain

I had a steak sandwich that had mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw, pickles and cheese!! This was my introduction to Memphis.
I'm in love. Go try to for yourself.
My son got a chicken sandwich it was a real chicken breast. Total cost was only $24

I Purchased a four piece Wayne downer from the jack turtles on Jackson and I’ve never tasted the food and it’s been disgusting. The wings had no flavor no seasoning and when I tried to contact them back to let them know, I receive no answer. I think it’s very unprofessional on that part not to respond to the phone call coming from a customer Rather is for good comments or a bad comment. I should’ve received a response from the phone line. it wasn’t busy but again the chicken was disgusting. Tasteless really tasteless a waste of my money.
