I went to get a cheeseburger combo and chicken tenders at 11:00am 9/01/2024. Everything taste like it was from the day before! How is this possible, that you would service somebody like this! I tried calling with no answer! My fries burger and tenders were not fresh! It’s sad that we pay for food that is handed out with no care! It’s sad for me but it was good for my dogs! Paid 25 plus dollars for dog food! Food quality like this should be a crime! The main reason I stop going to many other fast food restaurants, food quality poor!!! It’s sad I have to add them to the list with the rest never again!

I wanted some good chicken. Decided to go to Jack Pirtles. This time chicken was so salty you couldn't eat it. Call back and they said come and get another bucket. I get there and they say you have to bring the product back. They wouldn't replace the product even though I had a receipt.

Jack Pirtles been frying chicken on Jackson Ave since at least 1963. Chicken well fried, fries soggy, brown gravy outstanding. Suggest they might look at making biscuits in store. Good solid reliable local chicken. Give these guys a try.

I Have tried this Jackson Ave location on several occasions. l don't mind paying the price they charge. l have a problem withe intergrity of food being served. These ppl know when chicken has sit in their warmer for a while and know when it is OLD. To pass this through the window to a customer is a disservice to the customer, & poor representation of the company. STOP IT & SERVE FRESH CHICKEN
