I went there today September 30 Saturday spent 18 dollars on a three piece dinner,and a 3 piece liver dinner the food was horrible always have liked Jack Pirtle for years not no more gravy water down, liver hard as a brick they not going 2 last until they get better workers and not ruled to people

I normally go to the JP on popular however I went to Bellevue location and it was the worst experience with my food and customer service. I ordered a Lg. Chicken, rice and gravy Bowl. The bowl is full of rice and gravy however, they left out the chicken and substituted the chicken with chicken skin. Furious!

I went a couple of weeks ago and got all white meat. The woman screamed that it would be a cook time and everyone stayed there. I go to order my chicken and the woman trying to discourage me from ordering white meat. A man appears and said white meat coming up. The cashier was rude as hell and had an attitude. Two people drove back to return their food because it wasn't done. This was the location on Bellevue. The cashier has been there for almost 30 years and it's a shame she was acting like that.
