Have you tried the steak sandwich? If not, you must! It is great with cheese, their signature gravy, and coleslaw. I travel ways to always come to this specific location to get this sandwich. Also, try their tropical tea. It's good!!

First time in . The chicken was good and made fresh the fries not so much. The workers were nice and answered my questions.

This place employs the best workers in Memphis never have these guys not greeted me with the biggest smiles and the best chicken! Go JackPirtels with the most amazing crew day and especially night!

8:15 Mr.T the assistant manager cooked our food..IT WAS FRESH HOT AND GOOD...WE HAD A 8pc with fries and a 5 peppers and everything was fresh...they was fast my my my it was GOOD...and thanks for the great customer service

The gentleman Christopher Miller has excellent customer service.I have been a business owner 20 years and I must say this gentleman’s patience and superb attitude is among the best I have ever seen to the point I’m ready to offer him a job not sure of what he makes but I would easily double it to have someone like him on my team .This is the only location I come to get my chicken when this guy is not there I’m patient enough to wait for the days he works .I know that fast food workers don’t always have the best reputation but this guys gives me chik fila vibes will definitely be back 5 thumbs up we need more like this guy

Horrible place to eat! This used to be my favorite place for chicken! I ordered gizzard dinner and they were undercooked and cold. Fries was old. Yea too sweet to drink, I had sugar in the bottom of my cup like they literally mixed up my tea in my cup. I will never patronize with any of these locations! Straight trash!!!

Good food ! The bldg needs a lot of improvements. Grease build up, new floors, and a make over. The staff was very kind and friendly.
