I stopped by Jack's during my work lunch break looking for something quick and filling. Overall, the experience was just alright—nothing particularly impressive, but not bad either. I ordered one of their combo meals, which came out reasonably fast, so I appreciated the efficiency given my limited time. The food itself was okay. The burger was warm and decently put together, but it lacked the kind of flavor that would make me want to come back specifically for it. The fries were hot and crispy, though a bit under-seasoned for my taste. I did like the portion size—it was fair for the price, and I didn’t leave hungry. The service was polite, if a bit rushed, but that’s understandable during the lunch rush. The dining area was relatively clean, although a few tables hadn't been wiped down yet. In short, Jack's delivered what I expected: a quick, no-fuss meal to get me through the rest of my workday. It's not the kind of spot I'd go out of my way for, but it works if you're nearby and need something fast and familiar. Solid 3 out of 5. Nothing special, but it got the job done.

I came in the drive thru around 3:30 before my shift at work. I to work which is 7 minutes away and notice my 4 piece tenders are old, cold and extremely small and the fries was small as well. I didn't get the ketchup I asked 3 times for nor my barbeque. I tried calling up to the restaurant no one answered. I come to Jack's offen and I have never had this type of experience this needs to be fixed soon

It was pretty bad. Tell me why I asked for a cup of Eeffoc and one of the workers body slammed me to the floor and started shoving mangos in my mouth and gooning mustard all over me? And I didn’t even get my Eeffoc! It was awful never going back.

Slow and work like they hate to see you coming. Food is not hot or fresh. Drinks were out tasted gross tots taste like they were fried with last weeks chicken grease
