I don't know about nothing else but, that grilled chicken sandwich is delicious. It had the right amount of flavor and it was tender. 5 bites and I was done.

Must have been short handed or something. The manager didn't greet anybody and apologize for the wait. The drive thru wasn't full and they were soooo slow. People standing into the kitchen just watching. Jack's can be one of the best fast foods resteraunt in Memphis but it won't work with hiring people that don't have the ability to give great service. Need to hire the type of people Chick-fil-A would hire. I'm disappointed I love Jack's eat it everyday in Alabama and brought my wife to eat it for the first time and waited 30 mins just so be asked to wait even longer mind you it was enough staff and it wasn't that crowded. Hurry up and hire new managers and employees or it won't last two years.

I ordered chicken tenders at the speaker and was asked what type of dipping sauce. I then asked what's the choice of sauces. The worker ignored me and went on to answer the other drive thru speaker. Not only that, I ordered a salad and with their pay back I didn't get any dressings that I requested. The drive thru worker was extremely rude.
