When was the last time you had a 5 star burger in Memphis? Do ya'll remember the way REAL food used to taste? This is it! Jack's on Shelby Drive. I can't wait to go back for breakfast, biscuits & gravy, baby.

Parking: Store was busy. Staff seemed confused. Had three coupons and each one was handled separately. There was several people working but the wait seemed too long. Store was clean and orderly. Ordered 2 small chocolate milk shakes and all they did was put chocolate ice cream in a cup put a small amount of WATER in the mix and stirred it in a blender and handed to me . I probably won't be going back to that store
The other part of the order was just ok.

I was last at Jack's on Saturday and I ordered a chicken fingers dinner with a shake, which cost almost $13.00. The worst part was my chicken fingers were so salty I could not finish them, no manager was onboard. There was enough salt for five servings and I had to chase each bite with the shake that I had ordered. The prices are too high for what you get, and if a person eats there regularly...they will become diabetic from the salt. I was so hungry and so disappointed....
