The manager Lance politely greeted my daughter and myself, gave us time to decide without rushing what we wanted. Took our order, this manager was very pleasant, professional and clean in appearance. We gabbed with him for a moment ands our order was ready. We were at a self serve salad bar but the soup (broccoli cheddar {-:) served from behind the counter was to die for. Both style seating with a laid back atmosphere. This was my 2nd time eating there and it was just as good as the first. I will be making this one of my top eateries. I order online with Jason's Deli at least several times a month. First, my order was well put together. However, I ordered up 1/4 turkey sandwich, two shrimp gumbos, along with potato salad and broccoli salad. But here's the kicker - when my husband ate his gumbo there wasn't a single shrimp in the gumbo, just two measly pieces of sausage. Seriously, Jason's Deli, you gotta step up your game!Also, the potato salad was lack lustered. It needs more relish and salt. It was very bland today! Come on Jason's ya'll can do better than this.

The Irish potato soup (cup) was delicious and I also had a 1/2 smoked turkey sandwich. I also bought 2 brownies (real brownies, not chocolate cake passing as brownies), yummy. My daughter had the Chicken Alfredo. The food was great

My husband and I and our two children generally go on Sundays around 4:00 in the afternoon to our local Jason's deli. And generally the kids grandmother will attend so we can enjoy our food and catch up. The times we go they are never busy. However they mess up the orders all the time. The food order is not how we ordered it and then it takes forever to speak to someone in charge you can fix the order and rectify it. When asking for it to go box, it's like pulling teeth. Generally we need between 4 and 6 boxes, and they act as if they are made of gold and we can't have but one or two. Most the time they even forget to bring us our silverware. Or they'll forget to give us our cut for our salad dressing. And most of the times the ice cream machine which my kids love to get an ice cream after their dinner, is messed up and broken. The customer service has most definitely gone downhill in the last few months. I sincerely hope that they correct that as well as the attitudes of their employees. It would be nice to come into a restaurant being welcomed and feeling like we don't have to rush and we can enjoy our food and sit and chat and enjoy conversation.

The food is always excellent ??!!!!Mr Williams Refused to serve company and I.I was very disappointed by his very poor logic and care to customer request for ordering food."I remember you."Now, who I am to him I have no clue.Company and I left and ate a delicious meal at the Ridgeway Location with excellent service.Lord Help Mr Anthony Williams....people pray for his better sanity to replace his lack thereof and lack of concern for those who look like him.

What can i say they hit it out of the park every time. The sandwiches is amazing and I always get there ranch dressing to add to the sandwiches to give it an extra kick. The service is good and the place is always clean and we love the free ice cream we eat it while we are waiting when we get it to go.
