I come here bc I am a vegetarian and they have a great salad bar. The cheddar broccoli soup is vegetarian and they have several other options at a decent price. The oatmeal walnut cranberry cookies and the crostini at the salad bar are chefs kiss. Friendly staff, polite, professional and always helpful.

Great everyday food with lots of choices. Clean restaurant and very big. If you like salads their salad bar is great. They also have an ice cream machine which is always a nice treat

If you arrive after 8:00 pm the place may seem closed because the door by the register is locked, and there’s no sign directing you to the door at the right-hand end of the walk-way, which is unlocked until closing. Ordering after 8:30 pm is might result in low-quality food preparation because they are focused on closing.

Check your orders before leaving there. I went there to pick up an online order at 7:15pm and later discovered that they gave me the wrong order. I then called at 8:30pm and they told me that they would remake it and correct the order. So I then drive up there again. I decided to check my order at the counter before leaving. I’m so glad I did because I had the wrong order yet again. Then they tell me that they ran out of the ingredients to make my order. They could’ve rejected the online order in the first place or told me they were out when I called. Instead I had to waste time and gas making two twenty minute trips over there for no reason. I guess they were hoping that I just wouldn’t notice or wouldn’t request the correct order. I stopped eating at this Jason’s Deli years ago because I found a lot of hair in my food once. Now, I guess I can add trash customer service and trash leadership to the list of reasons I won’t return.

Manager has a nasty sarcastic attitude. He intentionally hung up and declined my calls. I watched him do it. I had to get out of my car and go get my CURBSIDE order. He saw me sitting and waiting outside and said nothing. I WAS FINE PICKING IT UP but what’s the point of having the curbside option. Then he tells me “nawl we don’t do that. I don’t know why they have that!” All while trying to hold back a laugh. I have no idea why he was on one tonight with me but I won’t be back.

Food is good, lots of options, believe prices could come down a bit. The loss of multiple trips to the salad bar is a killer for us, so we rarely visit anymore. Ice cream machine was broke last week. ☹️

11/10/2025. Me and my wife went in for late dinner around 7:30. The person taking care of us, was amazing. My wife had a bad day and was trying to be playful at the store with me. As we were leaving the person whom checked us out and gave us our food. Told my wife she was beautiful. That made her day and mine. Thank you and your amazing Server/cashier. Food was great and tour staff tonight was amazing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m so disappointed. I had my partner get me some chilli right before they closed and I do not think they gave him an option but why would you all think that anyone would want a bowl of ONLY ground beef and call it chilli. They should have given him a choice between this and the one with beans. I am now at a lost and can’t eat the bowl that was purchased. What a waste!
Good but a bit pricey! Can't believe I paid over $12 for a medium potato it's freaking crazy, the only reason I go to Jason's deli in the first place it's for the huge potato for that kind of price, I could have made my own at home for that size, and I drove extra 12 mi just to go to this deli because the one at poplar and highland the girl was trying to charge me tip for a takeout and was pushing the buttons on my card, and didn't laughed about it, I canceled my order I had the money sent back to my card you know what I forgot to even check if it even went back, I'm doing it now

Awesome we Visited tonight Food GOOD ,We watched a Couple at the Salad Bar STUFF !!! Thier To GO Plates with a total of 8 eggs Multiple Containers !! Drinks in WATER CUPS,,and then Sit Down to eat ? Is This One Reason the Food is Pricey Here ?
