We arrived during the afternoon for some coffee and live music, and the door was locked with no sign. While we were talking about what we might do instead, 12-15 people came by doing the same. The musicians that traveled from out of town to play there arrived about the same time and had no idea what was going on, either. This is not the first time we have found the place closed for some reason. All that being said, when it's open, the service, vibe, and snacks are good, and the coffee is good but not great. If you go there, have an alternate plan just in case.

I would rate this as a moderately-priced place with a small and cozy setting we all love performing music and poetry

Very eclectic. Staffing is like a revolving door. Nice place to chill and no one seems in a hurry.

What a gem ?! This coffee shop is absolutely perfect. Wonderfully friendly service. A smattering of art and thrift to peruse. Chess boards. Poetry. Pastries. Pure heaven ?.

I really like supporting small businesses but this place is just bad. Starting with their hours listed... theyre not accurate. Its a crapshoot if theyre going to be open or not and dont bother going here for your morning coffee. Its never open in the morning. If you can make it inside, its cluttered and maybe some people would describe this as "home-y" but I personally seek for things to be a bit more like an actual business. The coffee isnt terrible but it isnt great either. Dont come here if youre in any kind of hurry at all.

An eclectic coffee shop that also sells thrift vintage out of the back room. The espresso was perfect.

Rude and dismissive. Barista huffed and rolled eyes. Weak coffee after a very long wait. Gave a 3rd try. Won’t be back.

Great menu and tons of varieties. Great place to relax and just unwind. The Turkey Sandwhich was off the chain. Next time I'll try the omelette.Dietary restrictions: They have almond and oat milk ?

Just rudely told that "we're closed" as a woman tried to push a door closed behind here after entering the shop at 2:48pm. If y'all close at 2:48pm, update google to that effect. No idea about the food or atmosphere. Unlikely to find out anytime soon.

Visited the coffee shop in the Cooper Young area and it was great. The coffee and pastries were excellent and the service was nice. The cafe interior is an eclectic mix of old and new and there was plenty of space. I got a lavender mocha and a scone and both were great. I look forward to visiting again when I am back in the area.
