JEM is a fantastic spot on Madison! The bacon-wrapped chicken liver was rich, savory, and perfectly balanced which was an absolute standout starter. The burger was just as impressive: juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. With great service and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit.
The food was delicious and the plating was beautiful. Luke is a top notch bartender. Very knowledgeable guy with a comfortable and elegant atmosphere at the bar. Wonderful experience
5 stars! I love a restaurant with a limited menu because the chef perfects the meal that are more like specialty dishes. This chef did not disappoint. Arancini, short rib, eggplant were delicious.
