Always a treat at Jerry's snow cones. Everyone knows them for their amazing snow cones and ice cream but there is more than meets the eye. I am a regular for their wedding cakes combos but I have never tried any of the food from there. Until today. I wasn't ready for this mega double cheeseburger. It was huge and tasted great. The kindle cut fries were super crispy and hit the spot. Can't wait to bring the Bae next she is craving a burger.

The best in town!! But the only problem is they don't have rollercoaster and pink lemonade flavors all year round. They are the only ones who do this. They said they are seasonal flavors....?? I don't know... So I have to go to the other snoball and snocone places when it's cold out. It's frustrating

They do not greet you. They NEVER WASH HANDS! They have an attitude when you say something about anything you do not like. I been wanting to come here for a whole month and finally came. First visit and LAST visit. I told the Latino woman that I did NOT want that cup that he wrote on.The Hispanic boy with the curls all over his head had three different cups in his hand and he kept stacking them inside the large cup. I asked him what were the sizes because it is not displayed for customers to know what size to purchase for themselves or their children. He had his hands on all the cups and stacking them in and out while I asked questions. I asked him is that the cup you are making my snow cone in? He told me no I just wrote on it for them to know what you want. I said okay. I watched them from the side and they picked up that cup. I immediately went to the lady to tell her that I didn’t want that cup and I explained why. She got upset and said well how are we supposed to know what you want? She completely missed the whole point. I don’t want a nasty germy cup inside for me to eat from. So she got mad and closed the screen door immediately saying I’ll fix it. She did not give me a dome top. Like it is advertised with the snow cone round top outside the cup. She made my children’s ice cream cones with 2 and a half swirl. And the dipped one was very sloppy and thin. She treated us bad. I watched others leave with smaller cups and big dome snow cones while I got a large one with a dome inside the cup. I found ice chunks in my snow cone cup too about the size of a dime.I called the Memphis location. I talked to the manager on duty there. She said they are different from Cordova and I should come there. They are clean and do not treat their customers like that. I told her I would go ask the lady what is her name so the owner would know. She told me they are not allowed to give out their name. There really wasn’t nothing she could do. She said she would tell the owner. But never asked for my name or my number.I wanted to try the burger but I didn’t because it was a girl eating back there behind the counter. They were touching everything and no hand washing was going on. My husband and I left with me unhappy. SMH !!! How you gone be mad at me because I want a clean cup ???? I paid with my money!!!! And this place has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! How can I support small local businesses that operate with people like this???? I am still upset because she had the wrong spirit when she made our order and she just acted like we were getting it free so there was no type of care about our experience or feelings. Sad They need to be nice and operate the same as Memphis does. Without Customers they have no business. The goal should be to keep customers coming and treat them like guests. It don’t hurt to smile and be nice.

I am not a huge sno cones fan. But my nephew loves the different flavor choices and the fact you can add ice cream to it. His favor is tigers blood. The best location is in Cordova. The place is tucked away but you have more seating space and they also offer food options. It's a perfect place for a hot summer day.

This location has gone down horribly!!!!! Staff are rude and like they are hiring anyone!! Then I ordered a strawberry cheesecake supreme! It was dry and so I asked for extra and made me pay for it and gave it to me in a condiment cup! Like I won’t be back and this is the main reason I go to the Cordova location!!!

This is a Memphis staple. I've been going since they were Jerry's garage. They offer finely shaved Sno Cones almost like an Italian ice. The best is the Supreme, a combination of soft serve ice cream and snow cone. They have a wide variety of flavors and offer a bit of other foods as well, but I go for the Sno Cones.
Delicious! Gotta try the super version of the sno cones with ice cream in the middle - great combo! Every flavor you can imagine. Loved it.

20/10 experience! I've been coming here since my White Station High School days 16 years ago! My son & I love to come in the summer to get their signature "supreme sno cones" they put ice cream in the middle of the sno cones! Wedding cake is my absolute favorite, every time! They also have snacks too, the fried pickles & BBQ nachos are my favorites to order!! Highly recommend for locals & DEFINITELY for out of towners!!!!

Hello folks I've been going to the Jerry's snowcone location in berckair as far back as I can remember and I went there today and ordered. Bacon cheese burger well first time they made my burger wrong and the second time they made it wrong again I asked the lady at the window if I could keep the wrongly made burger fory dog and she told me no so they would rather throw food away than put it towards something gooda good cause
