Ok…this one in particular.

Lady worker sees me going to the bathroom but there’s a coded lock to it. She gives me the code after I gestured to buy something first. As I go in, she continues into the employees door to the prep area.
30 seconds later, a dude puts a code in and peeps in…sees me…then closes it.
After cleaning up, and going to the front to order, I see someone who looks like a delivery guy (not in uniform) in the back talking to another employee (in uniform).
I give my order, and afterwards I tell them to tell that guy I’m married but he got the wrong guy.
That’s when they say, paraphrasing, “oh yeah that guy is freaky! You want me to talk to him for ya…?” All while laughing…

Ordered the giant turkey and provolone. It was absolutely delicious! I ordered different toppings on the halves and they didn’t give me any trouble with my special request. The staff were all nice and were efficient & good at their jobs.

Extremely busy location for lunch.
I ordered the “sub in a tub” and was very disappointed. I was hoping for a salad, it was simply a sub, no bread. Hardly any toppings for the price.

first time trying this location & customer service deserves a ⭐️ rating. wasn’t greeted, wasn’t acknowledged while standing in front of the entire staff about placing an order, if i was a pick up order, or ANYTHING. i asked about my online order, employee turned around and completely ignored my comment. all my daughter & i received was uneasy stares the entire time ; after walking out & saying “yall have a good evening.” still no thank you. i would’ve rather spent my $54 in any other establishment in the area. my family wont be returning this location. if im spending my hard earned money anywhere i want to feel appreciated.

This was our first time trying them. Myself and my husband ordered Mike's famous philly, and it was delicious. We went to the location on popular and the staff was very friendly and professional. I recommend this location if you are in the popular area. We will be going back again.

I placed a group order at 10:59am, pickup time was supposed to be between 11:45 and 12;00. Why did I have to wait two hours to receive my order. I felt so bad for the Grubhub delivery driver. He was nice enough to wait. He didn't have to do so. As for your staff they could have called. They had my phone number. I had spoken to them right after I placed my order. I called over ten times trying to figure out what was going on with our order. After finally receiving our food, we had two sandwiches missing. I then had to drive up to the restaurant to complain and have the sandwiches made. If you can't handle big online orders, then don't provide the service. People shouldn't have to spend hundreds of dollars to be treated this way. I will never patronize your establishment again. By the way it was a coworker's Birthday celebration and you ruined it.
