My baby has celiac disease and Jersey Miles is one of the places that her online celiac group lists as a safe space with good food... and it did not disappoint... we drove from harbor town just to try it out and we were glad we did... They use Udis bread which is one of the softest breads we've found this far... she got turkey, cheese, they got a fresh container of lettuce and gave her mayo packs... she loved it! no bad reactions 48 hours... she was good and we'll definitely be back... I had the chicken Philly and it was delish as well...

There are many times only a Jersey Mike’s will do. Cheesesteak the way a cheesesteak should be made. Perfect. Italian Mike’s Way can’t go wrong. It’s a clean shop and always has friendly staff. Easy parking and easy access. Enjoy.

I have eaten here daily for dinner beginning 9/21/25 through 9/25/25. This is my go to when I am in town for work. The food is always great, the staff during this time frame, mostly the same crew, are awesome, they deserve some recognition, every one. Super polite and friendly. The sandwiches are always on point! I haven't tried a hot sub yet, I'll eventually get to that side of the menu, but the cold subs are great. The 1 star reviews must be Karen's or minor mistakes, it happens. Considering I have literally eaten here every day for a week and its been perfect, hard to believe. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

For the first time trying Jersey Mike's Subs, I must say the sandwich taste just like the customer service I was given.. AWFUL!!!! There was no greeting, attitude when placing order, disgusting work station, the employee nails was so long that it broke through her gloves while making sandwiches and to top it off the sandwich was nasty! I had better experience and sandwich at Subway!!! Please do better before you go out of business...
Everytime we go the staff is friendly and efficient! If I could give more stars on this particular day I would! The staff made some bussin sandwiches. The hot honey chicken cheesesteak was amazing.

Straight garbage, first and last time ordering from this location. I was at a job function and ordered before the dinner break. I was at a downtown Memphis location before traveling to the Poplar restaurant location so I was about 19 minutes away. The order notification stated ready for pick-up at 1701 I arrived at 1718 after stopping at Nothing Bundt Cakes. When I arrived the sub was not ready the guy with the dreadlocks and the lady with the braces were both talking over the sandwich, I literally saw spit droplets from both of their mouths fall on the sandwich being prepared. Cross contamination not changing gloves but touching counter and equipment with the same gloves while preparing food, then there were flies I counted two landing on the counter nearest the meat slicer. Nasty definitely will let my coworkers with the stste of Tennessee not order from this location.
