Everytime we go the staff is friendly and efficient! If I could give more stars on this particular day I would! The staff made some bussin sandwiches. The hot honey chicken cheesesteak was amazing.

Straight garbage, first and last time ordering from this location. I was at a job function and ordered before the dinner break. I was at a downtown Memphis location before traveling to the Poplar restaurant location so I was about 19 minutes away. The order notification stated ready for pick-up at 1701 I arrived at 1718 after stopping at Nothing Bundt Cakes. When I arrived the sub was not ready the guy with the dreadlocks and the lady with the braces were both talking over the sandwich, I literally saw spit droplets from both of their mouths fall on the sandwich being prepared. Cross contamination not changing gloves but touching counter and equipment with the same gloves while preparing food, then there were flies I counted two landing on the counter nearest the meat slicer. Nasty definitely will let my coworkers with the stste of Tennessee not order from this location.

I’ve given this location two chances, and it’s been a complete letdown both times. After ordering online, I showed up at the counter, told them my name, and was told they were “still working on it.” Fast forward 30 minutes, and my order is still not ready, even though people who walked in after me got their food right away. When I finally got my meal, the staff acted like it was somehow my fault that they had forgotten about me, and no apologies were offered.
I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but clearly, this is a recurring issue. Save yourself the frustration and go to another location in Memphis. There are plenty of other Jersey Mike’s around town that actually know how to handle online orders.
Not worth the headache here.

It's a problem every time I come to this location. The last time I ordered, my food was wrong, total different order. I was informed I'd receive a refund but never did. This time, I ordered at 11:37 for a 1:15 pickup and they never even started on the order, at 1:25! Refunded my money but no I'm sorry, we can make this up, our apologies. Non explanation as to what possibly went wrong. Nothing. Just either you are going to wait or get your money back. Is this how this business is supposed to operate? The girl with the nose ring had not empathy or sympathy. Like it’s my fault. Everyone you fill out the “contact me” on the website, they never do. Lol even on these reviews, the low reviews have little to no feedback, but all the great reviews receive a response. Typical.

This location fails at both roast beef and turkey. Both were always perfect at my previous location in the Philadelphia suburbs. I could find rare roast beef. The staff would gladly hold up the entire beef roast or turkey breast. When I asked to see the beef roast at this location, the guy said it's already cut. When I asked if it was rare, he said it's roast beef with a take it or leave it attitude. I took it and won't be going back to be mistreated, or get overcooked and dry roast beef or anything else for that matter.
Ok…this one in particular. Ready? Lady worker sees me going to the bathroom but there’s a coded lock to it. She gives me the code after I gestured to buy something first. As I go in, she continues into the employees door to the prep area. 30 seconds later, a dude puts a code in and peeps in…sees me…then closes it. After cleaning up, and going to the front to order, I see someone who looks like a delivery guy (not in uniform) in the back talking to another employee (in uniform). I give my order, and afterwards I tell them to tell that guy I’m married but he got the wrong guy. That’s when they say, paraphrasing, “oh yeah that guy is freaky! You want me to talk to him for ya…?” All while laughing… Not cool. And the club sandwich had a small blonde hair in it. Whelp! Be careful.
