I visited the Jersey Mike's Subs on Winchester today. It's in a nice shopping center clean and well maintained. The store was very clean and neat. The crew was working and having a great time. The Manager that took my order was very professional and friendly. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken ?? Sub. I watch the employee by the name of Brittany cook and make my Sub Sandwich ? she did a great job. I was very pleased with my visit today.
Vegetarian options: When ordering a Sub Sandwich or Bowl you have the options to make it the way you like it, so you all fully in control.
Parking: Plenty of parking.

Dear future and previous customers, I'm writing this review in hopes of helping you to have a better experience the first/next time. Because I LOOVE Jersey Mike's... the smell...freshly sliced meat ..presentation. But NOT this location. Fortunately, I knew what the experience should be prior to ever visiting this location. I walked in one day earlier this year and walked right back OUT. It was the lack of order, lack of cleanliness and flies everywhere for me. I said all that to say.. just go to another location (Bartlett 7780 US-64 or Rdway/Poplar), please. Because management on this side of town is different. And if people are unclean with an attitude to match, that's just what your food gonna taste like (a nasty attitude)! In addition, I do understand that JERSEY MIKE'S IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. But BABY they're just RIGHT for ME... just not over here:)

Horrible experience, This location managed to check every box in a negative way,I can't list every single thing but to seal the deal to lead to this review I ordered a Philly and before I even paid my name was being called keep in mind I was never asked what I'd like on my sub when I asked if they were sure it was mine and that nobody ask what toppings I wanted,so I asked for the toppings thinking they would take sub and make it instead they were rude acted like I was wrong for asking,and gave me toppings like this,Buyer beware not a customer friendly place!

Every time I have been to this location, they are always so friendly, and the sandwich is FIRE. ? I went today for lunch, and each staff member was full of character and accommodating. I got the club supreme, Mike's way. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Can't go wrong with Jersey Mike's!

This is the worst location. I literally stood in line watching and listening to the staff use old bread, burnt bacon and not wiping the counter. The ice machine doesn't work so if you want a bottle drink they have to refund fund you so they can upcharge for the bottle drink per the manager. I just ask for a refund for my order and left. Will not return.

I visited Jersey Mike’s the other day for the first time! I was excited because I liked all the other sub places so I could just add JM to my list. When I got home I got comfy & I was admiring how it looked. I took a nice bite & I have never been so disappointed in my LIFE! It was the BLANDEST of all times! How can that be I ordered everything, bacon, oregano, etc. I asked for relish on the side but they didn’t remember! 1st & last time ever!!!

(Winchester and HacksCross location)-I attended my son's last battle of the band show and i wanted to get him a hot meal that i knew he would love. It was exactly 8:45pm Sunday night and I hate fast food. It just isn't pleasant to eat anymoresaw OPEN and was sooo happy to see Jersey Mike's was open?????. I ran in apologizing because they were cleaning up and im starving and needed a fix. They were so nice and said your totally fine. I ordered a Tuna mini for me, and a Chicken Bacon Ranch combo for him. I ordered and picked up my son and gave him his order He couldn't answer any of my questions because he said his sandwich was so good.lol. I just had to leave this review. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL MEAL!!!

I guess the evening employees is all hoodrats? There’s diversity in the morning workers and I can appreciate that. This evening when I walked in, there were several young hoodrat workers, most not looking unhygienic as it were and when one of the male workers started rubbing in his head and smoothing down his waves, that was enough for me to turn right around and leave without ordering. I’m sick of this.
