Update: My husband made the mistake of going to this one and the whole staff is full of men, that do not care about quality or good customer service. They talking and playing around, looking in your face instead of working. I wish, he would have asked me before he went, because I could have directed him to a cleaner and more polite establishment. The evening shift people are the worse, all of them just be standing around, staring at people, not working and getting paid. Please hire better staff people because the evening shift is absolutely horrible, or mix it up with women and men because when I was going there in the past the young lady that worked morning shift was amazing. You guys need more women to supervisor those disgusting and rude men on the evening shift. Do better!!!!!!
The hot subs cook might want to retrained to avoid cross contamination, you should never be on your phone in the cooking area. Also, make sure that gloves are changed after you touch your phones or anything that is not containing to food to avoid any sorts of cross contamination.

I paid for extra meat, extra pickles, extra bacon to go in a bowl. Lady with the glasses didnt put any of that in my bowl. When i called back up there to explain she wanted to argue with me. I paid for what i wanted and didnt get it. I also visited this store on tuesday april 29,2025 and a young lady was making my sandwhich and again the lady with the glasses was standing over her and asked if i had paid for extra onions, if i did NOT pay take some of them onions off of that sandwhich cause they be complaining about they dont have enough onions in the morning. Ok i dont have a problem paying for anything i buy. But for her the lady with the glasses to say something like that out loud is VERY RUDE. Made the young lady uncomfortable as to say she will be calling her ride and quiting. To loose a respectful employee because of bad managment that is so wrong. We loose good employees to bad management every day. I do understand that there is an EXTRA COST to certain food items. THAT I AM WILLING TO PAY FOR. But to stand over your employees and police it in front of the customer is wrong. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS JERSEY MIKES.

KT, Devon, and Jaleah did a great job serving us during the evening rush. Thanks y'all! We tried to eat somewhere else and were unsuccessful and so we decided on Jersey Mike's. This one is honestly the best we have been to. The staff is kind and attentive and they move fast. The food was excellent, of course, but good people really make a difference.

I visited the Jersey Mike's Subs on Winchester today. It's in a nice shopping center clean and well maintained. The store was very clean and neat. The crew was working and having a great time. The Manager that took my order was very professional and friendly. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken ?? Sub. I watch the employee by the name of Brittany cook and make my Sub Sandwich ? she did a great job. I was very pleased with my visit today.
Vegetarian options: When ordering a Sub Sandwich or Bowl you have the options to make it the way you like it, so you all fully in control.

Because I LOOVE Jersey Mike's... the smell...freshly sliced meat ..presentation. But NOT this location. Fortunately, I knew what the experience should be prior to ever visiting this location. I walked in one day earlier this year and walked right back OUT. It was the lack of order, lack of cleanliness and flies everywhere for me. I said all that to say.. just go to another location (Bartlett 7780 US-64 or Rdway/Poplar), please. Because management on this side of town is different. And if people are unclean with an attitude to match, that's just what your food gonna taste like (a nasty attitude)! In addition, I do understand that JERSEY MIKE'S IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. But BABY they're just RIGHT for ME... just not over here:)

Horrible experience, This location managed to check every box in a negative way,I can't list every single thing but to seal the deal to lead to this review I ordered a Philly and before I even paid my name was being called keep in mind I was never asked what I'd like on my sub when I asked if they were sure it was mine and that nobody ask what toppings I wanted,so I asked for the toppings thinking they would take sub and make it instead they were rude acted like I was wrong for asking,and gave me toppings like this,Buyer beware not a customer friendly place!

Every time I have been to this location, they are always so friendly, and the sandwich is FIRE. ? I went today for lunch, and each staff member was full of character and accommodating. I got the club supreme, Mike's way. Fresh and tasty ingredients. Can't go wrong with Jersey Mike's!
