First time trying Jets Pizza and I was happy I went. My go to pizza any where I go is anything related to all the meats so of course I got the equivalent to that here. Pizza was very tasty, crust was thick but crispy. Toppings were good and not overly greasy like some meat pizzas are. Overall, really good. 8.5/10 I have to go back and try the different break sticks and dessert options for sure.

My husband literally used to love Jet's pizza. However the experience he had on 2/27/2025 he will not be returning to this location. There was a group of young guys standing around in front of the door as he entered. They were loud and using profanity. I placed my order and they were loud, even went in the restroom and come out smoking. The manager came out from the back looked and he went back. A couple of weeks ago he went and there was a group of young men standing around the door. It was dark and there was a white customer that was sitting in her car when he pulled up. When he parked to go in, I guess she felt safe to come go behind him. He got home to enjoy our pizza and it wasn't good like it usually is. It was too saucy and just didn't have the good taste like it used to. Due to both reasons but mainly the loitering and feeling unsafe, we will no longer support this location.

Didn't even make it inside to place an order. Pulled up to see the worker outside on his phone with his food prep gloves on.. He came in and started preparing someone's order with the EXACT same gloves on. 🤮

I called awhile ago & ordered me the 8 piece pizza w/ the 4 corners & Larry took my order. Larry gave great cust serv on the phone when I ordered & when I picked up my pizza other employees were helping customers! My pizza wasn't cooked all the way as u could see the dough right under the cheese. I called back & the mgr said he would credit my card back but the owner told him not to but instead to give me a credit or for him to remake it. Because I am not a big pizza fan I didn't want either! My 1st piece was good, so I thought, guess I thought that because I was very hungry! I do NOT recommend this location! Very sorry the location on Exeter in germantown tn closed as it was the best!!!! I have a pic on my phone & going to see about adding it on this post so u can see how raw my pizza was as u could literally see the dough. Not tech savvy so not sure if I can post the pic!!! Got my refund today but it took a long time to get it as the owner didn't want to give it even after seeing the pic of the raw pizza! I will never go to this location again!

It's really a takeout place. The pizza is wonderful, the crust is tasty. The four corner pizza is the best. Love the BBQ chicken and bacon.

I placed an order online for pick up. Upon my arrival, I noticed the works had hoodies on. The guy making the pizza was on his phone. The cashier, a taller guy, was doing most of the work. There was an older guy who may have been the manager outside talking to another guy. This possible manager I witnessed sneezing and shaking hands of his friend, walk into the the work area without washing his hands. I purposely watched him to see if he would make any contact with the hand sink that was in my view. The cashier I did witness put on gloves when he went to help the pizza maker. My order was due for pick up at 836pm. My order wasn't made until my arrival. I was able to witness as much as I did due to the picture window. Of course, I didn't get my order due to the work habits in the food area. I only have 2 stars for the cashier, he was really trying.
