It’s my first time to Memphis, I was hoping for dry rubbed Smokey BBQ. Everything was covered in BBQ sauce. You couldn’t even really taste the meat. Beef ribs were very tough, pork ribs were tender. The ladies there were very nice and the atmosphere was about what I expected for a Memphis BBQ joint.

My husband and I were on Thanksgiving vacation. We drive from Pensacola FL, to visit family. We stopped in for lunch, as my husband grew up near the restaurant. It was a nice stop and a wonderfully delicious meal. I was curious about all the photos on the wall. Alot of Super Stars loved this placed also. And the owner is still the same person that has owned it for Alot of years, and waited on us. Definitely worth a stop!

Food was old and tasteless. Waited at window for 26 minutes and the food wad was horrible. I spent 49 dollars on trash.

I placed an order via DoorDash, however the store explains that they do not accept DoorDash orders but somehow mysteriously setup to take orders via the DoorDash site. I called to inquire about the order for accuracy and was met with SUCH a terrible attitude from the manager by the name of Lisa which was probably not her real name. I have gone to this location for years, I remember when the dad was still working there. The customer service is and has always been terrible. We had some out of town quest in the office who heard about them and wanted to try them out, but the way I was treated on the phone we just canceled the whole order. Do not shop with them, they have VERY POOR customer service skills and the meat is oven baked!

The worse bbq i ever had. Brisket sandwich was dry, The rib tips were so tough. Never come here. Then I complain and still had to pay full price no discount or anything. DO NOT COME HERE

I don't have much to say except SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Cole Slaw or Cold Soup??? Dry Meat with NO flavor!!!

I normally never give 5 stars, but this place deserves it! When I’m in Tennessee, we stopping here every time! Great food, great customer service. You can’t go wrong here. Them ribs were so good! Try them for yourself!

Walk in the place it looks dead the men behind the counter poor communication the men who preparing the food had no gloves on everyone seem to have a terrible attitude and the restroom smelled like death they really should consider remodeling or just close down the old woman behind the counter with the pony tale was a sweetheart very professional and kind

I wish they sold skins more often they only sale them on Saturdays now and they don’t make a lot

We ordered a rib dinner plate, coconut cake, and bbq pork sandwich dinner! Everything was absolutely horrible the cake was extremely dry. Food went straight in the trash.
