It's a old man that works at this place an his attitude is insane I don't approve of it.he must be the manager idk but they food is good it's just bad customer service I won't be going back to this place that's located down 3rd street ever again.

Not sure what all the hype is about. Sauce was awful, pulled pork sandwich seemed as if were pre made and baked beans tasted burnt.

One would think as much as this food cost you would give people decent and quality food. A rib dinner baked beans and fries will not be on the menu for me again at least not from this place. The ribs taste boiled instead of grilled and they put the tender ribs on top and the old ribs on the bottom along with these plain baked beans which needs to be taken completely off the menu. I'm just not happy hopefully if I order something else it would be better than this but if not this would be my last visit there.

The beef ribs were too tough, and the person taking orders was rude and wouldn't let my husband wash his hands... I won't be going back

It's a completely different experience than what I had the last visit.
I thought they were closed. The lobby was closed. It was a completely different vibe.
I take pride in bragging that you still have the best smoked BBQ in town.
I hope things shift in a better Light to allow you all the opportunity to continue to build this legacy. 🙏

Lemme tell you!! Ive beem watching the Neelys on Food Network for years and always wanted to try it. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the Rib Tip plate!! Sweet Baby Moses the amount of food and the huge delicious rib tips were absolutely wonderful. 12 huge hunksnof meat with 2 sides and bread. Affordable and delish. The baked beans were cooked with enough meat and sweetness that good smoked baked beans are. Cole slow and potstoe salad were all top tier. Yep I'll back!!

Yesterday, my fiance went and picked up three pulled pork sandwiches for a total of $39.... And the sandwiches were terrible! No fries, no drink, just dry, barely any sauce. Last time dining here. Count your days.

First time Grubhub orderer-driver had excellent timing and was very cordial👍🏽

My specific food requests were not met..no beans and sauce wasn't in a cup, of course it spilled over into the slaw. Bones too white-try cooking a little slower and longer. Website should allow for add ons/deletions(ex: slaw on hotdog, kind of soda).

Greatgrand enjoyed the hotdog and the meals were reasonably priced.

Flew in from Houston heard about this spot on tik Tok this is by far the worst barbecue I've ever had will not be returning and do not recommend run

The food was decent but dry. We got the $30 platter to share (me and husband) was a large meal that made 2 meals for 2 people so we ate for lunch and dinner both 😋
