Trying Jimmy John's for the first time. I got myself the Italian Night Club with some chips and a cookie.The sandwich I'll give it 5/10. But the chips was epic. It has that bold flavor and crunchy. So for the chips that's 7/10.Now for the chocolate chip cookie I haven't tried it yet because I'm planning to eat it as a snack right around 3 or 3:30pm.I would come to Jimmy John's again but not this one though because the service aren't that good enough.
I love Jimmy John’s but I will not being going back to this location. Found a piece of plastic in my un which. Person making the sandwich got offend cause I asked if she could make the sandwich I should’ve know all she can make was a lettuce boat. Charge different prices on different days. I ordered the same thing twice on two different days with the same cashier. If I get sick…..I will sue.

This place is unprofessional. This is the second time I have came here with the store being closed before the hours they have listed. The signs says they close at 9pm but it's 6:45pm and the door is already locked.

I paid $11.99 for a sandwich with one slice of turkey. They did not change any of the customizations. Never ordering from here again!

We went as soon as the place opened. It was very dirty. Sticky floors, nasty soda machine. The floors behind the counter were covered in old food and trash. Despite all this, we ordered because we were starving before my doctor’s appointment. My wrap was made ok, but my husband’s sandwich hardly had any meat on it compared to all the other jimmy johns we’ve ate at. And we frequent them often. It was mostly lettuce. He was disappointed. We did get a refund but I won’t eat here again. It also had a weird smell, which I think was old mop water sitting around.

The sandwiches were superb. Fresh meat and veggies. With every bite you can taste all ingredients. We ordered 5 different sandwiches and with each one it was a delight. Customer service was excellent.

They didn't show up with my order. I called and they casually said they just canceled my order because they didn't have any delivery drivers. They didn't disable their ordering system or contact me; they just didn't come--in an age where there are dozens of delivery services available that independently contract drivers. And my refund hasn't even been initiated. What a waste of time and money. No idea how this store is allowed to run.

Their bread is hard and the bread selection is not good. I was not impressed and don't think l'll be going back. Two turkey sandwiches only were 30 bucks. My husband was in the hospital and this is what we had for dinner because he wanted outside food.
