The past several times I have visited they have messed up at least one aspect of my order. Today after having my order messed up, I went back to have them remake the sandwich. I guess when they remade the sandwich they decided to remake it on day old bread because in comparison to the first sandwich the bread may as well have been a crouton. The bread was so stale and hard to chew that I only was able to eat half of it before having to throw it out. This place is a waste of time and money. Spend the extra time and drive to a different Jimmy Johns.

Slowest JJ on earth. The past few times I have waited 10-15 minutes for my food. The poplar and white station store has your food ready before you even finish paying for your order.

Just tried to get lunch and doors were still locked. A guy came to the door and asked if we had the catering order. I told him no, and he proceeded to tell me they were having some issues thus morning and wouldn't be open for another 15 minutes or so. The problem appears to be employees unable to get to work on time ... we watched the door being open for 3 people ... after the 11 am open time. Kinda hard to be "Freaky Fast"when you can't even open on time. Frustrating! Well, Jersey Mike's for us it is!

In the past this location had reasonable customer service. For this particular visit, there were 2 employees. One taking care of the drive through and a female employee just standing behind the counter seemingly bored. Zero greeting from either. I stood there and waited. Finally, the guy working the window came over and spoke quietly and non expressive as he took my order. The female that made the sandwich, though did ask if I needed a bag, never once gave any friendly interaction. Just a dazed, bored look with zero interest in communicating, just a basic look of contempt that seems so prevalent now in this area. If we pay 16 bucks for a combo at least customer service could be present. It’s sad to see this franchise get like this as the service used to be great in the past. Looks like I will stick to ChickFila.
