6 ingredients is too much for this place to handle. I paid for 6 ingredients and got 5. In business, that's called fraud. Fraud on your paying customers is a great way to earn trust and return business. Counting to 6 is required to get pass 1st grade but not if you want a job at jimmy johns.

Just went through the drive thru & there was no one inside and no one in the drive thru yet it took minutes for someone to say anything. I thought they were closed. I ordered a #4 get home & the bread on both of my sandwiches was hard. Either old or over cooked. So hard it cut the roof of my mouth.

If you drive up and can barely hear a female voice taking your order, I believe her name is Markisha, it's best to keep driving because they will steal from you.The daytime team is great. Worst JJ I have ever been to and I travel all over the country. JJ is my go to and when you pull up and see employees parked out back smoking and the drive through taking forever and rude when you get there, unacceptable and will not be back. I’d encourage everyone to take the time to go to the Germantown location, it lives up to JJ standards.

Actually closes at 10 till the posted closing time as they turned the lights out while I was in the drive thru. No napkins with my meal and my sandwich was not cut (maybe that is supposed to be requested?). Also they threw my chips and bottled water to each other and it dropped on the floor before handing it to me. Obviously not the worst things to ever happen at a fast food restaurant but just very unprofessional and poor quality. But maybe that is justified when a customer comes 10 till closing time.

So I’m At Jimmy Johns and I ordered a Tuna Sub and they ring me up only to discover they are out of onions for the fresh Tuna!! Sooooo.......they credit my card back and I’m getting ready to pull off the lot and the kid comes knocking on my window and says if I can wait about 10 minutes he’ll get some onions to make the Tuna! Kid drives across the street and buys onions from Kroger and comes back to make the Tuna!!
