I purchased a $10.23 Gyro plate which picture shows it comes with a hot pepper. Waited 15 minutes and received order. Went back in the drive thru and asked about the pepper and was told I didn't say I wanted one. I said the picture shows it so I didn't know I had to ask for it. I was then told it's not his fault if DoorDash posts the wrong picture. He then stated I could buy a pepper. Unbelievably horrible customer service. Rude manager acted as if I was just trying to get a free hot pepper. Will not get my business ever again.

Incredible fried catfish filets. The order I am reviewing is the two fried catfish filets, order of fries & coleslaw. Sam was the gentleman that took the order and he is a first class all-star young man. Fried catfish filets were incredible, the order of fries was generous & just soggy enough & crispy enough for me. The coleslaw is out-of-this-world, it's just about two bites but it is incredible. You get two packages of tartar sauce, two packages of ketchup, 1 ramikin of mild sauce & 1 ramikin of hot sauce. The hot sauce is awesome. I wish they served a malt-vinegar ramikin or package because that's what I like on my catfish. I highly recommend JJ's, you won't be disappointed if you truly enjoy first-class catfish.

Hot wings dipped in flour and refried no napkins No ranch then we had to pull up and wait 10mins on our order when we was the only person in line and the cashier had the nerves to say he like tips... I like ranch with my hot wings and napkins to clean my hands and face i like my food fresh and not refried..

Pretty terrible paid for sides when the side item was out of stock . Was told they could be substituted with something else so I chose something else and turns out I was forced to pay for it even though I asked for the meal initially and I go back through line to confront the cashier or drive-thru lady about this issues . Then was informed that they now have the side item that I was initially just told that they did not have. . Just extremely poor customer service, extremely poor. Then there's this weird fee you have to pay ,with a half receipt . First time eating this place and the the last time . Talking about a first impression . .

Always great godfather burger or the Philly or the fish order the it doesn't matter I've not had anything from there I didn't like
I was visiting in town and I wanted catfish but to my surprise, I couldn't find a decent priced meal that included only catfish with sides. I had to mix and match and this was the only way I would be able to afford the meal. For a family meal of mixed fish it would be $$ for only catfish it was more $$$... I had to decide on something more affordable and my family wasn't pleased. The chicken Philly was tasty but other than that I wasn't impressed. The employee was nice, but I probably won't visit the place if I want fish.

Where to start. I live in Cordova and have heard nothing but great reviews about this place. I ordered the Italian beef combo with no peppers. While waiting for the order the guy in a chef coat is talking badly to the woman working the front counter telling her to calm down when she never even raised her voice or being disrespectful in any way. On top of that he's touching his face and resting his head in the palm of his hands. My food was sitting in the window for a good few minutes before I walked up to the counter and pointed at it and said " I believe that's my food ". He then took the same hand that was just all over his face and hand and set it directly on top of my food prior to putting it in the bag. The entire time is complaining about the woman who's shift was over. Take that conversation in the back and out of view of customers!!!! Once I arrived home 25 mins away my sandwich was lacking the sausage which came with it according to menu and picture. I've now tried twice to call and ask if there was a mix up or just lack of attention paid to my meal but no one is picking up or it's saying the line is busy. Absolutely ridiculous. Needs new manager and someone paying attention to food preparation. Do not recommend.
