JR Fish and Chicken Winchester

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! I called over an HOUR prior to my pick up time. When I got to the establishment the lady at the front counter took my payment. She then proceeded to go check and the cook told her he “forgot to cook the food” he was laughing and did not take the issue seriously. Needless to say I would not recommend

Just picked up my order from jr's fish and chicken. Why are the wings itty bitty? Why are my wings so hard that they're dry? How can the fries be cold? But the wings hot? This is the worst chicken dinner I have ever seen in my life.

Everything was made fresh to order, so it took a little while. It was very tasty, though. We'll definitely come back because of its convenient location, too.

Parking: Busy gas stop, so order then go get your gas. Lots of traffic.

Great food for the price you pay.

Ordered a 50pc of wings and wings that were spoiled and rotten. Bit into a piece that smelled like SHT! Tore open a few more pieces and they all smelled like SHT! They tried to pass off their bad chicken, thinking we wouldn't notice. Absolutely disgusting!!! My mother-in-law was sick for 3 days.

Went to order meal here today and the food was not good at all and neither was the service. The fries were cold, the drinks were watered down and tasted nasty and the cashier (Ammar Aljabiri) was very rude. “I recommend you “DO NOT” go to this restaurant !!!!!! Take your business somewhere else. I will never go to this place again!!!!!!!!

Ordered and was told it would be ready in 15 20 mins I waited 20 min and when I arrived they had not started cooking it what a waste of time.

Was served jumbo shrimp that smelled like manure and tasted spoiled. The butterfly shrimp & chicken wings were burned. The 'Catfish' was actually Swai & was cooked to a rubbery texture. $80 wasted

I ordered a 3pc Catfish Plate and got SWAI!!! I don't know why businesses think we (customers) can't tell the difference!! I've ordered catfish from here several times before and never had a problem. Now, I won't be going back again. I hate Swai fish!!! Threw the whole $20 plate away.

Chicken tasted like it was fried in fish grease. When I tried to call no one answered the phone. Will not order from here again. Never know if people are allergic to fish.

Decent place nothing too special but you get some decent food from there for a good price.

Who's giving this place anything above three stars? The food I ordered was undercooked. The service was average, although I felt it could have been much better if they allowed substitutions. At best, it's two stars, but I'm going to leave my review at one star. I wonder if I should give it a second chance. No, that food can't be redeemed. For the owner, this place is on Winchester, next to Kroger, and I never mistake an awful experience.
