I was in the store about one o'clock on friday.I asked for an acai smoothies while in the process of making my smoothie, the young lady said to me, you're looking at us Doing our job.. I stated why not. She then spilled my contents on the countertop. She and the other co-worker started to laugh she Scooped the fruit contents back into the container and gave me my drink. I think this is so unprofessional i stated to the young lady that I saw what just happened. Please make me another drink or give me my money back. She tried to brush it off and with attitude, she made me another drink in the same container, without rinsing it out properly. So I gave up i took the contaminated drink and threw it in the trash. I will never return to the store again .

The young lady at the front counter that wears glasses that worked 6/28/25 was RUDE and had very poor customer service skills when I came to explaining the menu choices to a NEW customer. The bowl was good but the service ruined the experience.😡

Really just wanted to email you but you don’t have that option on your site. I love your juices. You have 1 juice on your menu that doesn’t have fruit in it, leafy greens. I freaking love it and try all the time to walk in to get one. 8 out of 10x you don’t have it. I’ve gone in the morning, nope. I’ve gone in the evening, nope. This seems to be a popular juice so maybe make more. I’m losing hope. Businesses close every day in Mem and I’m trying to help yours not.

The staff is very professional, the smoothies are extremely high quality, and from what I’ve noticed, they pay close attention to sanitation standards.
In was trying to engage and get a better idea of what I’d want as a new customer but the cashier seemed too busy to be bothered. The bananas in my bowl were hard and unripened. Worst of all I showed the cashier an ant walking around inside my lid. She said, “okay I’ll let my manager know”. She then kept doing what she was doing. No manager was told and nothing happened.

The staff always look and seem lost, like they're on drugs or something. They don't understand common sense. For example, if you have a carton of milk and I ask for a cup, I want to see you pour the milk from the carton, not grab a cup sitting next to the carton of milk. That didn't make any sense to the lady I was explaining it to. As I was explaining this, a young lady wiped eye boogers out of her eyes and just put on gloves like it's nothing. This happened on 11/13/24 between 2:15 and 2:40 p.m. In case the owner sees this, that right there is a sign of a trifling establishment. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
