Healthy, upscale meal prep and clean eats.
I recently hired Julles Posh Food for a corporate catering event and I was so glad I did. The food is DELICIOUS and stunning. M.K. the owner is also extremely helpful, prompt, and friendly. He really went above and beyond for my event. I would not hesitate to work with Julles again in the near future.

This place is incredible!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Friendly staff that care about what you eat. If you live in this area, you are blessed! I’ll be back when I’m in town next. If you are looking for a great place to eat, no need to look further:)
I highly recommend them for any corporate or elevated event catering needs. Presentation and taste are always exceptional and the owners and staff are great to work with!

This place is a lifesaver for quick dinners! I’ve tried several healthy options and this is far and away the most flavorful and delicious meals I’ve ever had. I love to eat these meals during the work week to maximize my downtime. I can’t wait to patronize MK as long as I’m in Memphis!
This place looked good online and Google said they were open so I drove about 45 minutes from Tipton County to try their food. They were closed. Will not be back. Very questionable management.
Restaurant was incredibly clean but I think their Pork Tenderloin gave my wife and I the coronavirus. Hesitant about going back.
WOW!! I called and ordered while I was passing through. SO glad I did. It’s hard to find a decent gluten free vegan meal that isn’t full of “alternatives” or just an after thought. This was the best meal I’ve had in weeks. Thank you!!!
