This place is a lifesaver for quick dinners! I’ve tried several healthy options and this is far and away the most flavorful and delicious meals I’ve ever had. I love to eat these meals during the work week to maximize my downtime. I can’t wait to patronize MK as long as I’m in Memphis!

This place looked good online and Google said they were open so I drove about 45 minutes from Tipton County to try their food. They were closed. Will not be back. Very questionable management.

Restaurant was incredibly clean but I think their Pork Tenderloin gave my wife and I the coronavirus. Hesitant about going back.

Right now my school program is taking a lot of my time and I can't meal prep during project/exam weeks. This place really comes in handy, the food is extremely well prepared, well rounded and healthy. I don't feel hungry after eating and it doest take a long time to make the meals. I heat them in the microwave and they come out so delicious. I rather use this as an option during busy weeks then do uber eats or frozen store meals. So far I like what I picked out, but the dill chicken and large breakfast quiche are my favorites. My only suggestion is that the website be more user friendly, I have to click to many times to add an item to my cart.

One of my preferred locations for Health food. It was so appetizing. Fast, efficient, and courteous service. Prices that won't break you.
