I placed a order on Uber eats for (2)25 piece wings around 8 something like 8:15 either way I was spending every bit of 100 plus it’s almost 9 and Uber sends a notification about them being out of something I ordered which was one of the 25 pieces so I’m like ok fine I’ll just get the one then go to try and update my order it wouldn’t let me so now the whole thing was canceled because I’m sure the machine was turned off due to it being close to closing time which is not until 10 to my knowledge so make this make sense

Wait time is extremely long. You can’t do a call in order unless you’re willing to give your card information over the phone which is ridiculous. Food was okay.

Placed my order inside to-go, waited around 40 minutes when I was the only one there beside the guy who was already inside eating, (he said he waited a hour) which is strange because they don't take call in orders so there was only my order to make! A young guy came in off the streets, asked for the cook, she stated to him to come in the kitchen! Around my food, which already took to long too get! No, he didn't work there, stated he was just wondering was she there! I think they need some type of supervision, there at night! Overall, when I finally got my wings they were good, but the service sucks!

The girl who take the order over the phone have a nasty attitude like they the only ones that have wings bet not spend no money with them!!!! Need to remove her asap and I just called the chicken coop and the girl who answered the phone was soooo sweet and nice and they had a special in I was about to spend my money with y’all glad I didn’t ????

Long wait and I asked for the wings to be fried hard and they still wasn't, but they were ok even though they were fried the normal way the cook cooked them.

I ordered 10pc wings combo thinking it would come like normal part wings drink an fries. It’s not what I got an im upset just got off work an heard great things an wanted to try ….but I’m totally dissatisfied I ordered my meal an had to buy my fires separate so all together it came up to 20$ an some change an this is what it looks like I barely have any fries there’s just no way these little bit of fries are 6$ I feel cheated an feel like it was over priced

It had what I was craving and at the time it was the only place open that had what I was craving so late that night. I was glad I could even order online before picking it up in store and the food was pretty good but it was really expensive for the amount of food I received but that would be my only issue

Waited over an hr and a half for my food.. I had to call and see if my order was ready and I was told it just came up.. Now this place is 5 mins from my house.. By the time I got there I was told they mistakenly gave my order away! 5 freaking mins away! Now I gotta wait 7 business days for my refund for this nonsense! Used to be one of my favorite spots but I'll never return.

Couldn't even order I was calling from 9pm til 915pm then they answered the phone to say we don't take orders after 915. I see why they wasnt answering the phone they waited until they couldn't take orders anymore then answered. If u don't like to work don't apply for the job when u know what comes with it. ??♀️
